"Y-you came back? Again..."

She stayed quiet and adjusted the katana better. Just as she was about to push down, he interrupted.

"Zella, why are you doing this?"

"That's not my name." and before any of them could say anything, Katana was lifted up and away from him.

Having no idea of what was going on, she looked at the pair of arms that held her tight and flew across the city.

"Looked like you were having a little too much fun, not so fair to me." the voice of the man said.

Katana looked up to see a blonde man with goggles and red wings. She recognised him. Deciding not to fight anymore since she would just fall to her death, she thought of what to do.

"So the number one hero wants to fight me, how intriguing. But unfortunately I have other plans."

"And what are you going to do? Fly away?" he chuckled.

Katana smirked and used all of her power to push herself away from him, falling down while taking her top off. What he didn't expect was for her to have copied his quirk and pulling out his gorgeous red wings.

He flew after her but she used her lightning quirk at the same time to give her a boost back to the rooftop.

Luckily, he hadn't flown too far away from it.

She got there just in time for the wings to disappear but never let her guard down since he was right behind her. Katana burst out a lot of lightning at him but little feathers were blocking it away.

"Shit. I wasn't counting on him showing up..." she looked back to see that both the brunette and green haired pro was gone. Only their blood was left behind.

Then she remembered. She had copied Kurogiris quirk earlier, thinking it would come in handy at some time. And boy was she glad she did.

Katana used the rest of her energy to shoot out more lightning at the blonde hero. All while creating a small warp gate underneath her feet for her to slip through when the timing was right.

The blue eyed assassin dusted her clothes off after she landed not far away from the building since she still could see it. She started running immediately and stopped to catch her breath and energy at a dark alley.

"FUCK. I wanted it to go easy and smooth. Then he just had to show up just when I fucking had him."

She wiped off a little sweat from her forehead and sat down on the ground, leaning against a building wall.

"The brunette must've called for help. It's my own fault, I should've killed her from the start."

She couldn't help but wonder why it was so easy for her to almost kill him. If he was that strong that such a villain would want him dead, then why was he such an easy target?

"Could it have been that he held back once he realised who this quirk belonged to? Did he even realise it?"

Midoriyas POV

I almost stopped breathing, but it wasn't because she was about to kill me. It was because of who was trying to kill me.

I had injured myself the night before taking down a villain. Maybe she knew I would be an easy target? But why? And how?

As I laid down on the hospital bed, I looked at my hand and clenched my fist.

"How come she was faster than me?" I whispered to myself.

It had to be her. The white lightning and hair, there was no one else. The way she jumped into action, making her plans up as she goes. Only Zella would be crazy enough to do such a thing.

And even crazier for pulling it off.

"Hey, idiot." Kacchan grunted as he knocked on the door, slipping into the room.

"Hey."

"I heard about what happened. What the hell is going on? And why was someone trying to kill you?"

"Close the door..."

He did as told and slowly walked towards me. He even took his hands out of his pockets and listened closely.

"The person who tried to kill me... was Zella."

"WH-"

"Shh! Not so loud." I whispered harshly.

I let out a sigh before continuing.

"I don't know why. She busted into our apartment and kicked me while injuring Ocha- OH MY GOD OCHACO! Where is she- is she alright?" I panicked and pulled the sheets off my bed and stood up, feeling a sharp pain in my head as I did so.

"Calm down, she's fine. Just resting. Now, tell me exactly what happened."

I sat back down and told him about the nights events. Starting with not keeping an eye on her in the hospital to how I ended up here myself.

"And then we were rescued while Hawks flew away with her."

He looked like he was dying inside. I could tell my words broke him. I mean, the only girl he's ever loved had become someone else and we didn't even know why.

"Kacchan? W-what happened on that rooftop?"

"None of your business, nerd."

I knew it wasn't. But he was hurting. It was obvious to me that his old feelings surfaced when she showed up again, but he's trying to hide it away. He needs to say it out loud again and remind himself that everything's not lost.

I sighed before speaking again.

"You know what Zella would say right now?-"

"Probably some shit like 'let it all out, even if you don't like it'." he said and sniffed.

The only times he's cried in front of me had been because of her. I loved her too, but no one did it more than him.

His love was outmatched.

"Then use that to tell me what happened. Cause you seem troubled about i-"

"Shut up, Deku. Not much happened." he turned his back to me while clenching his fists at his sides.

"I had a conversation with her that we should've had when we were 16. I told her what I always wanted to say but never did. And..."

"And... what?"

He would never let me see him cry again so that's why he stayed that way. Though I could see his tears hitting the floor.

"And there was so much more I wanted to say... but now she's gone again." he didn't let me answer him, just left the room.

I'm going to do everything I can to find her. I need to see him happy again, these last couple of weeks has been a lot for all of us. I don't even understand most of it.

But what I do know, is that he needs to hold her again. So I'll find her,

and bring her home.

"I gotta find that damn apartment. It's somewhere around here..." the assassin thought as she ran in the dark looking for shelter.

After a few minutes, she arrived at the doorstep of an old building. This was in the more shady area of the city, where they only had one apartment. She opened up and went inside. It looked like there hadn't been anyone there in years, with dust covering every corner.

She found her way to a bedroom and plopped down on her bed. She didn't even bother to change clothes as she was tired from using quirks.

"Why couldn't it had been easier? Seems like every time I'm around that green haired idiot, something goes wrong." she thought and sighed loudly, shifting to a more comfortable position before slowly drifting off to sleep.
