Sapnap was always considered the "toughest" of the group. Even though he wasn't necessarily the tallest, he was the most muscular. He may not have seemed soft and cuddly on the outside but he certainly was on the inside. That part of him didn't usually come out on stream but was saved for his boyfriends, in private and it came out even more when he was sick.

Sapnaps POV

I woke up feeling Karl snuggled up against my back and Quackity curled up into my stomach. I also felt a dull pounding in my head that was beginning to grow as the moments went on. My head hurt like hell and my throat didn't feel great either. Over all I just felt shitty. I groaned trying to wiggle out from between my boyfriends there body heat being too much. I decided to ignore it and get along with my day considering how much I had to get done. I had to edit Karls video because I said I would and I normal wouldn't have minded, I had to go grocery shopping, I hadn't streamed in a month so I planned on streaming today and tonight was Friday meaning it was movie night. I didn't have time for sickness today.

I grabbed one of Karls huge hoodies and a pair of sweatpants not feeling like dressing up. I walked over to the bathroom changing and brushing my teeth. I then walked downstairs taking out the eggs, bacon and bread getting started on making breakfast for my lovers who were fast asleep upstairs.

Karls POV

I woke up a bit cold noticing that one of my boyfriends Sapnap was gone. I looked farther noticing that Quackity was also waking up stretching as he rubbed his eyes. I crawled across our bed smothering his face in little kisses. "Good morning my love" I said with a smile. "Good morning too you too" I get as a reply along with a nice little peck on the lips. "Where's Sap?" Quackity asks me. "I'm assuming downstairs making breakfast" I say the smell of food taking over the room.

Quackity and I head downstairs. I sneak up behind my boyfriend grabbing him from behind and hug him feeling Quackity do the same to me.

Sapnaps POV

I feel arms wrap around me causing me to jump a little. I hear a giggle that could only belong to one person; that of course being Karl. "Not funny" I say light heartedly but it comes out raspy and broken. "You ok bubs?" Quackity asks me. He's the one who worries the most, it's cute that he cares so much. "I'm ok" I say with a smile my voice sounding slightly better. I turn around as Karl released me from his grip kissing Karl on the cheek and Quackity on the head as to not get either of them sick. "Go sit down, Breakfast is almost ready" I say as they go and sit at the counter.

I finish making the food a few minutes later setting down two plates, one in front of each of them. "Imma go edit that video of yours" I tell the two cute boys in front of me. "Aren't you gonna eat first" Quackity asks me. "I'm not very hungry" I reply truthfully giving them a reassuring smile that immediately falls the moment I turn around. I head upstairs to the office my head pounding and my stomach swirling as I booted up my PC. I slowly started to edit Karls video I started to feel worse and worse wanting to cry from the pain rattling through his head. It felt like 1,000 little creepers were blowing up over and over again in my brain. I rested my head in my hands looking at the time on my PC I had been editing the video for 6 hours making it 3pm. I rested my head on my desk immediately falling asleep.

Karls POV

Quackity and I had finished our breakfast shortly after Sapnap had gone to edit my video. Something had seemed off about him this morning but I let it go and decided that the least I could do was clean the kitchen after the wonderful breakfast that was prepared by him. Quackity came and joined me helping making it go much quicker. We cuddled on the couch for what only seemed like a little bit scrolling through our social medias showing each other whenever we saw something cute or funny. I looked at the time realizing how long it had been. "Holy Crap, Q look at the time" I said shocked. "Oh damn" he said giggling which I found very cute.

Quackitys POV

Damn the time went fast I thought and then I realized..... "Jesus Karl where is Sap?" I asked shooting up from the couch "Oh shit he's been in the office for ever, I meant to go and check on him since he seemed so off this morning." he says. I had noticed the same thing. He stands and together we walk up to the office. I lightly knock on the door walking in when there is no reply. "Sap?" I ask the door creaking open. We walk in seeing Sapnap with his headphones still on, Karls video still playing into them with him asleep on the desk. I walk over to him feeling his forehead. I give Karl a knowing look. He picks up our sick boyfriend trying not to wake him and starts to head to our shared room. "I'll grab meds and water and make some toast" I whisper trying not to wake up Sapnap. My attempt fails.

Sapnaps POV

I wake up and am no longer in my seat. The room is spinning and I feel like I'm floating. Everything slows and I realize that I am in Karls arms. I'm honestly impressed that the long noodle of a man can pick me up. I jump out of his arms. "I must have fallen asleep, sorry, lemme check if the video is done, oh god we have to grocery shop, isn't it movie night?, what time is it?" I start to rattle of "SAPNAP" Karl says loudly making me wince as a sharp pain shoots through my head. "We know you are sick, you know it too, lets get you to our room." I sigh defeated there was no point in hidding it at this point. I drag myself to our room. "Q is getting meds, water and a bit of food" Karl lets me know as I sit down on the bed placing my head in my hands. I groan and feel the bed dip next to me. "You ok?" he asks rubbing my back. "yeah can you get me shorts though" I ask. "of course" he reply standing up and walking to the closet coming back and handing me the shorts.

Karls POV

I bring Nick a pair of shorts assuming he was hot. What I wasn't expecting was for him to put them on and then take off his sweatshirt AND T-shirt. He pulled both off making me blush at his toned body. "oh stop Karl" he says laughing a bit. I pull myself together and help him into bed the rest of the way climbing in next to him. He places his head on my stomach and I play with his hair hearing a content sigh come from him. Not long after Quackity walks in. "I brought all of the medicine and I also brought water and Gatorade because I didn't which you would want and I made toast and grabbed those granola bars that you like." Quackity rambles off making me and Nick both giggle. "what?" he says looking up. "oh aaand I also got a thermometer" he says climbing in next to Nick on the other side.

Sapnaps POV

Alex comes and sits next to me on the other side and  plants a kiss on my forehead. "What's bothering you" He asks me lightly. "definitely my head, throat and kinda stomach so I don't really wanna eat" I rasp out starting to lose my voice. "ok take these he says handing me a couple of pills and the bottle of Gatorade. "Thanks" I say sitting up and swallowing everything. It doesn't take long for me to be overtaken by sleep with my boyfriends on either side of me lying in the dark.

Quackitys POV

After handing Sap his pills I set everything on the nightstand next to me getting up, turning off the lights, and closing the blinds. I got back into the bed cuddling the sick man. Not long after I felt his breath slow and I looked up at karl who also had droopy eyelids. We made eye contact. Karl kisses his hand placing it on my forehead as to not wake up the sick boyfriend between us. "love you" he mouths. "love you too" I mouth back smiling.

No ones POV

That afternoon three boyfriends lay in bed peacefully sleeping all equally in love with one another knowing that everything would be ok. Sapnap would be ok in a few days, the video would get edited, they would eventually go grocery shopping and the movie could wait for another day. They were all at peace knowing everything would work out because they had each other.
