This is a oneshot book of Shoto Todoroki since there are many rare ships with bottom Todorki that are underrated. This is my first time writing so be nice but I'll except any criticism to improve my writing.
A heads up but if you hate the ships then...
This oneshot is slightly inspired by the song "The King" from Conan Gray (•^•).

Todoroki sat on his bed reading through a book as his phone buzzed beside him. He took note of his place in the book before looking at his phone. He let out a sigh as he dialed the number hearing it ring a few times.
"Todoroki!" Finally he heard the blonde's familiar voice sounding whiny again like the last time. How long has it even been?
"Let me guess you got dumped again."
"Hey! It wasn't my fault turns out she was using me to cheat on her boyfriend. Can you believe it!?"
The dual haired boy bursted out laughing from this same pitiful situation he was always in. Maybe he was to cocky to think that the other liked him but the blonde did always run to him for all his problems.
He always said that it was comfortable to be with him and that he like him a lot. But it was never more than that, they stayed in the same place for the past two years with no progress.
"Stop laughing, my face still hurts from her boyfriend's punch."
"Sorry sorry I wasn't trying to make fun of you."
"Sure." Todoroki smiled hearing the other pout through the phone.
The two agreed to go out to help the blonde forget his sad love life. They went around for hours around the city stopping at cafes and shops.
The gold eyes sparkled with amazement as the sun dawned and the city lights shined as bright as the stars pointing at every thing like a little kid. The dual haired boy smiled slightly as the two continued into an arcade playing games in which the blonde brutally lost to the other.
Todoroki could have sworn that he saw the other's soul escape his body for a second before being rejuvenated as he saw a claw machine full of cute Pokémon plushies.
He rushed over placing a few tokens in the machine as the claw began to move. His movement was slightly off brushing against one yet missing it greatly.
He grunted again adding more tokens to try another three times yet failing every single one. Once again Todoroki watched the other feel defeated and a bit upset and decided to give the machine a try.
He inserted the tokens watching the claw closely as his eyes narrowed on his target. His hand pressed the button and the claw rose dropping a white vulpix in the prize door.
The blonde watched with surprise and admiration while congratulating the other.
"Wow your good at this Todoroki, as aspected or maybe is it just beginners luck."
"I don't know."
"Then how about you try again to test it out." The dual haired boy nodded repeating the same action as before winning another vulpix except this time it was orange.
