You are so proud of it
You spent so much time and effort into it to make it just how you want it - it's your little creation
Then you give it to your friend and they start critiquing it and telling you everything wrong with it and what you should have done instead
How would that make you feel?
You have worked so hard on it just for someone to tell you they don't like it?
That is how we are with our bodies
God is the painter and we are the canvas
He intricately designed us how He wanted
We are His little creation
We start to critique ourselves and compare ourselves to others and tell ourselves we aren't good enough
How does that make God feel?
He is so proud of us and then we just tell Him He made a mistake
You are beautiful
God didn't make a mistake
He made you just like He wanted
Love your body just how it is because you are god's beautiful creation
