A collection of poems I've written overtime, from 6th grade to now. Kind of like a window into my soul. I'll warn you though, what lies within is powerful enough to bring the strongest to their knees, send the boldest running scared and bring the mightiest crumbling down. I'm sort of a twisted person at times; but then again, aren't we all?

In life we make decisions, sometimes bad, sometimes good, but they each lead us on a different path; the path of life. Some may call this path a rollercoaster, some describe it as a bumpy road or rocky mountains. Each of these description tell us the same thing; life is tough. For Ava O'Connor, life wasn't so tough. Not at the beginning. Her parents were rich businesspeople who could give her and her three sisters whatever they wanted. But as with all stories, something changed. Ava knew that she was different from her sisters; treated like and outcast, dressing strangely...etcetera, etcetera. Her mother, a cruella-devil-type, treated her as though she was a mistake, unwanted. That was, until she created a plan to 'change' her, to 'make her normal.' This plan completely tosses poor Ava into a mess of a life, one that she never thought she would have. Will she survive this and find someway to make it work? Can Ava O'Connor brave the odds and turn the mess into an adventure? Well...you'll just have to read to find out. *There's not many parts but the chapters are long. BTW thanks for giving my book a chance*

As it says in the title, this is How I Survived The past. Alison (the point of view that you will be reading as) went through a really hard tkme at her mums, she got bullied and abuses mentality, physically and emotionally. It goes through series of events that Alison had to go through and how she escaped a bad life and how she ended up living with her dad and step mum that have 3 kids. And most importantly how everything changed for her.

Damn I'm bored. ''Miss Brown, will you please take a seat in my office? I'll be right there.'' The doctor asked me. I nodded towards him and sat down at his desk. I smiled at him. Thinking it is only the stress that is causing this all. ''Miss Brown, I'm afraid I've got some bad news.'' He said with a straight face and in a monotone voice. You can take your own life but then aren't you also taking the lives of everyone around you? Suicide does not end the chances of things getting worse it ends the chances of life getting better. While suicide might end your pain, pain that is 10 times worse is passed onto your friends and family. Stay Alive everyone please there is hope for the future because things do get better and whatever pain you feel rn is not forever it'll get better so to anyone who sees this thank you for being alive today.
