Afraid

Jungkook's POV

"Did Ms. Y/N leave already?"

I asked the guards guarding the main door of the palace. They looked at each other and hesitantly answered me.

"Your Majesty, she did leave the palace but she did not take any guards with her. My king, however, if our time calculation is correct, the chauffeur should have been in the palace by now."

One of the guards informed me before bowing.

"Did you try contacting the chauffeur? Also, I hope the best of my guards have already reached Y/N's house before her. They have to guard that house 24/7."

"Yes, but he isn't responding to our calls and the guards have already reached the house however they just contacted us and informed that Ms. Y/N still didn't arrive nor did the car."

"What? But it's night already! She should have been there by now!"

I shouted, frustrated at the guards because they dared to let Y/N leave alone and now she was missing. I glared at them before strolling down to my room with my personal bodyguards behind me ordering one of them to bring Taehyung to my room.

"I want you to fire the two guards at the main door and hire more stronger and experienced guards, do you understand? This time, if the new guards make even the slightest mistake, the first one to get fired would be you."

I looked at the person in charge of managing the guards of my palace expecting an answer from him. 

"Yes your Highness, there will be no mistakes this time, I will makes sure of that."

There was a knock on the door so I signalled him to get out and let Taehyung in.

"Taehyung, prepare the bodyguards, the cars, everything that is needed. Make sure to take the best fighters among my men with us, we have to be prepared for a fight because I am pretty sure one of the enemies kidnapped my Y/N."

"What?! What happened to Y/N?!"

I sighed pinching the bridge of my nose. This guy's really testing my patience, I was already annoyed with him for being so close to Y/N and now this. But I guess his worried state is justified since he is her friend.

"She is missing, she was supposed to arrive at 'her' house by afternoon but it's already night."

I was panicking like hell but I didn't want anyone to see me in this state, not even Taehyung. I tried my best to keep a calm composure.

"Shit! And the guards told you about this now? Wow, they are lucky you fired them or else I would have killed them. Anyways, I will try my best to prepare everything in 1 hour."

He bowed and got out closing the door behind him and that's when my knees gave up. I collapsed on the chair and fisted my hair with my hands tightly.

If something happens to my princess, I won't be able to live because this time it will be my fault for letting her go like that. I can't afford to lose Y/N again.

I opened my eyes as I felt my clothes getting soaked with water. It took some time for my eyes to get adjusted to the sight before me. There were about five men in front of me.

"Wake up from your dreamland girl, you are here for a purpose so stop sleeping."

One of the men said with a smirk.
