Declaration

Author's POV

"Noooo JeonBun stop teashing mwee!! Moooomm, tell him to stop!!"

A girl whines to her mom complaining about her JeonBun who keeps teasing her with her bunny plushie snatching it away from her whenever she plays with it.

"Koko stop it. Stop teasing my poor daughter."

A woman in her mid 40s jokingly shouts from a distance scolding a boy who is now pulling the poor 3 year old girl's cheeks.

"Owwiee!!!"

The girl pushes the boy's hands away rubbing her now red cheeks while glaring at him cutely. She picks up her plushie and stands up to go away when the boy pulls her toward him and adjusts her on his lap. He gives her a guilty look and proceeds to caress her cheeks and starts apologising to her.

"I am so sorrryyy, I didn't know it would hurt youu, please don't go away from here...also, I have something to show you!"

"Is it my birshday gift?"

The girl asks as it was her birthday tomorrow and she was about to turn 4 years old which makes the boy nod his head excitedly in response to her. Hearing this, the girl's eyes shine with happiness and she ends up hugging him tightly now forgetting all her anger and annoyance towards him. 

"THANKUUU!!! Can I shee it noww?!"

She asks but he only shakes his head and tells her,

"Nopee, you can only see it after 12:00 a.m!!"

The young guy replies to which she only nods her head. The excitement, curiosity and thrill of seeing what he prepared for her was showing in her eyes making her eyes glow brightly. 

She then starts to mess with his hair making the boy groan loudly. The girl's mom finally comes from the kitchen and sees her daughter pulling the boy's hair in all directions making him scream in pain. She hurriedly goes to them and pulls her daughter of off him before fixing the boy's hair properly and turning around to look at her child. 

"What were you doing to him? Is this how you behave with your friend?"

The lady scolds her child making her pout and point to the now grinning boy behind her mom.

"He started it! He wash the one to pull my cheeks firsht!"

She complains to her mother which makes the elegant lady to turn around and look at the 8 year old boy who changes his expression to a sad one making the 3 year old to look at him in a baffled manner. 

The woman just facepalms and sighs, it was always a hassle to handle this two. She already has enough work on her plate. She just finished checking all the food preparations for tomorrow and now she has to check the decorations again making sure all of them are done perfectly. She also has to pick out the dresses she and her daughter is going to wear as many guests are coming to her daughter's birthday party tomorrow and they both have to look beautiful and elegant in front of them. 

They were a royal family after all, maintaining their graceful image in front of everyone was their speciality. The lady who is now facepalming is known as the most beautiful queen among all the queens throughout the country and her daughter being the most ethereal princess anyone has ever seen. She couldn't just let anyone snatch their title so she always became anxious and nervous whenever there were guests coming to their Palace and now she has to choose the best dress among all of her appealing dresses. 

"What's going on here?"

The soft voice makes the two of them turn around while the little girl is already running towards the voice. The woman sees her taking her daughter by the arms and raising her up making the small child giggle happily. The lady's eyes crinkles and she starts smiling looking at the taller woman. She walks up to her and gives her a side hug appreciatively.
