Abby's POV

I woke up from what felt like a deep sleep. My head was fuzzy and I was having a hard time remembering what happened before I was asleep. I tried opening my eyes but they were too heavy. I listened for sounds around me and heard a steady beeping along with some footsteps. That's when I remembered the early labor, the surgery, the pain. The beeping started getting faster. Is my baby alive? Is he or she okay? What happened? Am I dead? We haven't even made the baby's room! It's too early! Is my baby okay? I felt my heart rate grow faster by the minute as the beeping was more consistent as well until it was every second, I passed out.

Mike's POV

I left for the bathroom and when I get back I hear that my Wife has had a heart attack and that she gave birth to twins a boy and a girl. Terrible and great news, the more the merrier, right? I was told I have to fill out the birth certificates soon but I really don't want to without Abby conscious.

Abby's POV

I opened my eyes and saw a bright light, I groaned. "Abby are you awake?" asked a female voice when I remembered my child "M-my baby. Where's my baby?" I sat up frantically only to get jolts of pain throughout my entire body The beeping went faster again "Abby calm down they're fine, you had a heart attack and just gave birth. The twins are in NICU you have a girl and a boy" smiled Aubrey "W-what?" "Yeah...two babies. I haven't seen them yet but I know they're beautiful with your blood running through them" she smiled I let the new found information settle in...I have two children. I smiled "I'm a Mum" I said as tears started to fall down my cheeks "Awww Abs don't cry" "They're happy tears. Can I see them?" "I don't know you'll have to ask the Doctors after you fill out the birth certificates of course! Have you chosen names yet?" "Yeah we have for each gender but I never imagined that we would use both" I smiled brightly "I'll go get Mike" said Aubrey and left the room

*20 minutes later*

The birth certificates are all filled out and the world now has Lacey Marie Posner and Luke Terrayn Posner Father Mike Posner and Mother Abigail Posner.
