The Talk

" Seriously Kid it is 3 in the fucking morning, if you don't get the fuck away from my door step and go wherever the fuck you stay now, I am calling the cops", " Please just let me in and we can discuss about us baby ", Nera got tired of this back and forth , she called Bob and told him to get him off from her front door. Bob got out of the car ," Dude we gotta go , cops are coming ", just like that Kid left with Bob . Nera went back to bed and tried to get some sleep but she just can't after what happened.

" It's me , we'll be at your house in about an hour , we need to talk ". Nera heard the voicemail that her brothers left her , and she prepared for the worst that is yet to come . Nera's the only girl in her family which means she get everything she wants from the family, especially her dad , she also get away with any trouble she made , that's why her brothers are so protective of her. They just know she is the baby in the house and she is slipped up,way to many time .

Nera opened the door and saw her two brothers standing there , Max , 28 and Knox , 30." What ? We're gonna talk out here?, asked knox. " Of course not, come in , I was just nervous to see you both ". Know and max both sit at the sofa while Nera went to the kitchen to grab drinks for them and herself. They each took the drink she gave them , then Max asked the burning question " Did you fuck him up before he leaved ?" He raised one of his eyebrow, curios for my answer, " No , I only threw the remote at him that's all". Knox then looked at her and gave a sympathy smile " Are you feeling OK? I know you think just because mom told us that means , we're pissed at you ", " which we are some part" Max butt in ," but we are mostly here cause we are you big brothers Nera , we love you and we will do anything for you , you know that right ?".Nera just nodded cause she started to cry and both her brothers gave her hugs.

" So now tell us what your gonna do about this ? And your life? Cause your a single mom now , you gotta make moves for you and Sofi", " I am gonna settle my divorce and look for a job while I am at it , mom and dad will take care of Sofi while I sort things out". " But what job are you looking at ? And what about that asshole ?" Max came in the room after raiding my kitchen for some chips , That's always him , the brother that is always hungry but doesn't get fat." He came to my house at 3 am drunk talking about wanting my forgiveness but his friend Bob came and took him home to his house , as for job I don't know yet". " Well it's up tp you what job your looking for as long as the hours are good , it pays well and you have time for Sofi " .

After Nera's brother left , she want to take a nap but ending up she got a text from Mosa saying to meet her tonight , at jazz graze, it was poetry night and Mosa love to joke about this with her husband , so Nera replied a yes and had her power nap, so she thought . Turns out her power nap was a dead sleep nap, that Mosamhad to use the spare key to let herself in ." OMG Nera!! , I thought you were dead or something like what the fuck , all this while you we're asleep ". Nera still half awake said " Mosa it's only 7 pm the show not started yet ", " Wow , it was great for your mom and dad to take Sofi cause she would have died of hunger cause of you dead asleep , oh and bitch it's 10.30 pm " while slapped her forehead. Nera woke up in shock and then smiled embarrassed by her dead asleep attitude.

" Really Nera you have got to set an alarm or something " Mosa sat down on the sofa next to her husband . " I sleep fine okay, not last night at least cause my damn ex husband came here drunk begging for a second chance at 3 am ". " Wait , he was here in your house ?" . " No Mosa, infront of my door , I wouldn't let him in even if it was burning , but outside my house Mosa not in my house ". " And what did you do ?". "He was with Bob , so I told Bob to get him off my front door or I will call the cops , so he took him to his house after that ". " The fucking nerve of that bastard to show up here". "I know "." Anyways , me and my hubs came here to tell you good news , tell her babe ". Derek smiled " Mosa told you about the company that I work in is looking for a personal assistant right , well great news I got you the interview with them tomorrow ". Nera smile and froze cause no one not even her family knew what she did before she met Kid,and now she has to go and face her fears at the job she was hoping to avoid. " But Derek I haven't work for so long , you sure they are gonna take me ?"." Don't worry Nera, your gonna do great and they pay well, so you can have a great stable life with Sofi ".

I really need to go to bed .
