Second chances

Flash Back Part 3

" Just give me a minute to think ", Nera closed back the front door and think what is going on , ' Okay what the hell is he doing here inviting for lunch, like what the hell is going on here , OMG ! What should I do , shit shit shit ' , she run to her room and grab her bath robe and wore it . Zane standing infront of the door waiting , ' Okay Zane score one for a stupid move ' , Nera open's the door , " Sorry Mr Zane, again you want to have lunch with me ? " , " Yes , if you don't mind " , " Umm , well , I,  I, I, sure I guess " , " Okay then I will wait for you out here till you get ready " , " No,  mum,  come in and have a seat " , " You sure ? " , " Yes , but quick question , your not a serial killer or physco stalker right ? " , Zane laugh " No I am not " , " Okay then, come in " .

Nera open the door to welcome Zane in , as he was walking in , Zane thought the apartment was quite decent looking , not like his penthouse or other estate . Nera saw Zane's reaction to herself and Mosa apartment,  " Sorry if my apartment is a little stuffy , it was just me and my girlfriend " , Zane turn around and look at her , he didn't think she would be a team for the other side , Nera realised what she said,  " Not my girlfriend I mean my best friend , she has a boyfriend and I love men and not girls,  not to sound racist to those type but , uugghh , you get what I mean right ? " Zane chuckled " Yes I understand what you meant ", " Yeah , so have seat and give me aboout 20 minutes " , " Take your time " .

After awhile Zane stood up and look around the room , her saw a picture of Nera and her best friend Mosa he assume . Then another picture of Nera and her whole family " She is beautiful ", " Who is ? ", Zane got shocked and turn around , Nera was right next to him , " You ! You're beautiful ", " Me ? You must be blind " , Nera laughing after hearing what Zane said . " Are you ready? " , " Yes,  let's go ". Zane was gonna open the door but he didn't know how , so he tried to bulge it , Nera was chuckling at the side , Zane looked at her , " Let me " , within seconds Nera unlock the door and opened it . Zane was blushing will going out the door .

Zane reach the car and opened the door for Nera " Thank you " . Zane went to the car door of the driver seat and went in . While Zane was driving , Nera was nervous and she just stair outside the window car and was amazed by the view , " So , how long have you been working for my company ? " , Nera was startled by the question " You don't know how long your staff as worked for you ? ", " I mean personal staff I do but in my companies I don't " , " Ah... I have been working for your company for about a year half " , " That long ? " , " Yup that long " , " So , what is this about John that I heard before ? " , " It's nothing  ", " From what I heard from Blake it doesn't sound like nothing " , Nera just sat there silent and she then change the subject " Why is it that you suddenly ask me to lunch today ? You're not a serial killer or a physco are you ?" , " Zane chuckled " No i am not , I just wanted to get to know you " , " Oh , well it's good your none of that , but I am not special for you to get to know tho " , Zane glance at here and wondered why is that .

After an hour and a half of driving Zane reach to the restorant . He got out of the car and went to open the car door for Nera and lend a hand out to help her , Nera reached for his hand and in an instant and electric shocked went to both of them , " Well that was a first to get that shocked " , " Yeah , same here " , Nera thought she was the only one that felt it,  didn't know that Zane could feel it too . They went into the restaurant and the waiter opened the door for them , nera was dress casually , a red top with mid length skirt and a jean jacket , she tought it would be a casual restorant but instead he brought her to a very classy place .

They were both seated down infront of each other , " Where is all the customer in ti's restaurant ? " , Nera was confused that there is no one except for the waitress , waiters and chefs in the restaurant . " I own the restaurant,  so I asked them for a private lunch to be set up only you and me " , " What? " , " I own this place , so you don't have to worry about your outfit , you look pretty " , Nera's mouth was slightly opened and she closed it I an instant after she realised it " I feel like this is how people die when there is a killer on a lose " , Zane laughed at that notion " I promise your fine,  your going to live long life " , Nera smiled half way " Okay , I trust you " .
