It's been a long day for the trainees of VCTY, Kmusic, and 1HITentertainment. It didn't seem like a hard job at first to watch all these candidates trying their best to get the three judges on their side, but it got really tiring after a while. Namjoon stretched himself out luxuriously on his bed and yawned. The room was already dim and the only source of light were street lamps that slightly shined through the curtains on the window. It was barely enough to make out the furniture in here but still too bright for Namjoon to feel sleepy at the moment.

Usually, he'd still be at the studio at this time of the day, going through dance routines and training with some label mates, or at least sit down in some corner and scribble down some lyrics or something. But because of that TV show, training got cut shorter which gave them some more free time in the evenings. However, after the filming would be done in a few weeks, the trainees probably had to work twice as hard to catch up on the training they had missed... Namjoon definitely didn't look forward to that. It was already hard enough to catch some good nights of sleep – he should really savor these few extra hours he'd get for now.

Seokjin was already lying in bed as well, dead tired and ready to fall asleep any second. His whole body was buried in his blanket and his face barely visible. The two boys were lucky enough to share one of the few double bedrooms in the dormitory. They were two of the youngest in the house and the latest addition to the trainees at 1HITentertainment. They had joined together after quickly becoming friends during the audition process.

"Jin hyung," Namjoon whispered loudly – the last thing he wanted was to wake the boys next door, and the walls were paper-thin! – and turned on the small lamp on his bedside table. "Hey, hyung, you still awake?" He got no verbal answer, just a tired groan, though Seokjin didn't open his eyes and only buried himself deeper into his sheets.

"Seokjin hyung, come on!" Namjoon stood up from his comfortable position on his bed making a whiny sound and flopped down next to his friend's covered-up body. He was tired too but really wanted to talk about today's show as well. There had been some interesting contestants and he wanted to hear his friend's opinion on that. He really didn't want to keep his best friend from his well-deserved sleep for too long, but simply couldn't wait until the next morning... So Seokjin had to stay awake for at least the next five minutes.

Another tired groan could be heard, then the boy's eyes blinked open slowly. Looking up at his younger friend he pulled his head out of the pillow a bit, a long yawn leaving his mouth.

"What is it, Joon? I want to sleep..."

"I know, hyung. I just want to talk a little bit, just a few minutes."

Seokjin sighed and pushed his head back into the pillow. He had been Namjoon's friend long enough to know that once something was on his mind, he would not give him peace and quiet (and some god damn sleep) until he was able to talk about his many thoughts. To be honest, Jin could already guess what exactly had been running through his mind ever since this morning when they were filming this talent show, "Alright, shoot. What's on your mind?"

Namjoon gave his friend a bright smile, then leaned back on the bed's headboard. "I just wanted to hear your opinion on the show today... There were some good ones among them, right?"

Seokjin turned his face towards the other boy and tried to remember specific people who left an impression - be it good or bad.

"Hmm, yeah, but also some pretty bad ones, too. You remember that girl towards the end who was too full of herself and wanted to be the next IU? Gosh, that was horrible!", he snorted.

The younger boy giggled at the memory of that particular contestant, Seokjin couldn't help but grin as well. Yeah, some people were definitely not made for the idol industry.
