A man was seen going back and forth on his heels outside of the apartment complex. A nervous look was plastered on his face for the world to see. The passers-by only gave him glances before continuing on with their day.

That was until there was the roar of an engine and a motorbike was pulled up to the curb. He looked up and saw the man removing his helmet. Jungkook put his helmet on his seat before walking over to where Taehyung was standing, looking at him. Taehyung just walked forward to meet him and accepted the helmet that was given to him. Without a word being spoke to Jungkook he walked over to Jungkook's bike.

Jungkook just sighed at the silent treatment before also walking over and sitting down, putting his hand out for taehyung to help him get on, not expecting him to accept it. But to his surprise Taehyung placed his hand delicately in his and hopped onto the back of the motorbike. His arms then coming to rest around Jungkook's waist.

It was a fire that ignited in Jungkook then and his will to try and get back into talking terms with him was brought back up. He started the motorbike and pulled up the support before driving onto the road and to their next location.

When Jungkook pulled over Taehyung still wasn't sure where they were. All he could see was the dark walls of high rising buildings and the starless sky above him. So he looked over to the other as to silently ask, what are we doing here? All Jungkook's response was a little shrug before he grabbed Taehyung's hand and started to walk to their location.

The two of them weaved in and out of buildings until Jungkook suddenly stopped, causing Taehyung to bump into his back, then having to quickly take a couple steps back to make sure he was stabilised. Their hands still not disconnecting though.

Taehyung looked up and saw an ice cream shop. He looked away, towards Jungkook and tilted his head as if to ask what they were doing here, seen as he had assumed Jungkook wouldn't hang out in these sorts of shops. But all Jungkook did was tug him forward and into the shop.

As the bell above the door jingled Taehyung looked around the shop and saw that the shop was actually very well designed, with the walls being a light blue colour, the seats and tabled matching it with a light wood, overall he was impressed. Jungkook took the two of them up to the counter where there was an elderly lady smiling, ready to take their order.

"Can we have a banana ice-cream and a strawberry ice cream please" Jungkook asked taking some money out from his wallet and handing it over the lady.

Once the two of them got their ice creams thy found a little booth to sit in near the back of the shop. Silence surrounded them as they ate their ice creams, only the distant chatter of the other customers filling their ears. Taehyung wasn't necessarily wanting to start a conversation with him, while Jungkook didn't know what to say.

His ice-cream was half eaten by the time that Jungkook picked up the courage to start the conversation. "So, why do you work at the tattoo studio?"

Taehyung looked up. "It allows me to be creative in a way that people truly appreciate the art that goes behind it."

Jungkook never thought that he would get an answer like that. The thought, time and effort Taehyung must put into the tattoos he does makes Jungkook even more interested in him than he already was. The fact that he wasn't doing it just for the sake of it, but for the fact that he wants people to appreciate the art. Now that is a person that needs to be appreciated.

Jungkook went silent again, in pure astonishment, making Taehyung feel slightly awkward and self conscious about his answer. His eyes went down to his hands as he started to wring them around his wrists in nervousness. His jitters seemed to be coming back due to his nervousness and Taehyung didn't know what to do. He wanted to run into the bathroom and splash some water on his face but he was rooted to the spot.

Jungkook looked up and saw that Taehyung seemed lost in his head and like he didn't know what he was going on anymore. Jungkook quickly stood up and walked over to Taehyung's side of the table and crouched down, placing his hand on Taehyungs.

Taehyung's head immediately shot to face Jungkook, as if remembering he was there, and tried to pull his hand back from Jungkook to no avail. He just started to hyperventilate and his arms and legs started to shake. Jungkook didn't know what to do, he didn't want to grab Taehyung in fear of making it worse but he also didn't want people gawking at Taehyung while he is venerable and make him uncomfortable.

The next best thing that Jungkook could do was to take off his jacket and drape it over Taehyung's shoulders, keeping his hood up as to hide the boys face. He then crouched back down, held Taehyung's hand and waited. He waited until he could tell that Taehyung was okay.

He was patient for the first time in his life.
