The Call

No one's pov

"Ugh" Hiro said as he arrived his room after another day of college school. He was pretty bored nowadays due to the less threats in the city. Just living the boring life of a normal child. Mentoring Rishi (really vexing day by day), talking only with Fred and Baymax at Lunch since Gogo, Honey Lemon, and Wasabi are busy doing their jobs, and just being a normal child. Although Hiro is happy to live his normal life again, he still want's to continue living his alter-ego life. And that can't happen with any type of threats happening. Hiro lied on his bed after placing his backpack down by Baymax's charging slot. Just then, Hiro heard his ringtone buzz on his phone. He gripped it and answered the call just to see a familiar face appear in. 

Hiro's pov

"H-Hey Karmi." I said as I stroked the back the of my head back and forth with my hand, grinning widely though very shocked in the inside. "H-Hey Hiro, I mean H-Hi." Karmi replied. "I-I wanted to just say t-that last time when we met back at Richardons' comics, we didn't got a chance to talk much so I was hoping if we could meet up again." I couldn't believe it. Karmi was asking me out. I felt like a small blush crept up my face. "S-Sure Karmi. I'd like for us to meet again." I responded with the small blush still crept up on my cheeks. "R-Really? G-Great!" Karmi said with a small blush upon her cheeks. "I-I was wondering that since there is a prom dance that's happening in SFIT, maybe we could meet up there? I-If you want to, t-that is." Prom Dance? Last time I went to a prom dance was with Megan, although it got interrupted by High Voltage. Maybe with the less threats happening in the city, I could settle down a da- I mean hang out with Karmi. "S-Sounds great Karmi. See you there." I replied, giving my most genuine smile. Karmi smiled and responded, "Alright, I'll see you there soon too. Bye Swe- I mean H-Hiro!" Karmi quickly said and ended the call. I felt my face getting a bit hot. Did she almost called me Sweetie? Or maybe something else... I got up, went through my backpack, and pulled out the poster with the SFIT dance coming up. Looks like its tomorrow. I grinned, thinking of what it would be like to see Karmi again ever since the confession of how she liked me. Like like-like me as my normal self. Maybe at the dance I could tell her how I feel for her. 

Just then Baymax came in. "You have a text from Fred mentioning about Supersonic Sue and Stu robbing the bank." Again? I thought they were in prison. "Let's go Baymax. We got to there before they escape." I said as I went downstairs to my bike.
