Y/n and Vinnie were now back at school going back into the same routine. Vinnie would be starting baseball soon and she knew that would take up most of his time.

Vinnie and Y/n were on their way to school.

Vinnie- Maybe later we can go out to eat and get ice cream?

Y/n- Really?

Vinnie- Yeah I mean with season starting we need to spend all the time we can.

Y/n- Okay yes. I'm excited!

Vinnie- Good. Have you seen the other tik toks I've posted. Not going to lie I'm blowing up a bit.

Y/n- No I haven't seen them.

Y/n goes on her phone to check tik tok. She clicks on Vinnie's account to see him have 26k.

Y/n- 26k? Why didn't you tell me?

Vinnie- Thought you would've seen it by now. it's no big deal.

Y/n- Youre basically famous. And look how good you look in them.

Vinnie- I do right?

Y/n- Shut up. I'm commenting on ALL of them.

Vinnie- Please I want all these girls to stop commenting. I mean I can't help that I'm hot.

Y/n rolls her eyes and Vinnie laughs.

Vinnie- Some people at school think it's weird like me posting tik toks.

Y/n- Does it matter what they think?

Vinnie pulls into his parking spot and stops the car.

Vinnie looks down away from Y/n. He hated feeling vulnerable especially around Y/n.

Vinnie- Sometimes I just feel like everything they say is right. Like mayb-

Y/n- No stop. They're just jealous okay. They don't want to see other people doing better than them. You shouldn't listen to them. I know it's hard just try your best okay?

Vinnie- I love you.

Y/n- I love you too.

Y/n leans in and gives him a kiss before walking into school.

They head their separate ways and go to class. The class day goes on. Nothing happened much, just weird awkward encounters with Ryan. Y/n can't lie and say she doesn't miss him, but some people are meant to be in someone's life forever so there's really nothing she can do. After all Vinnie is what's most important to her right now and she hopes it stays that way.

It's now the end of the school day and Y/n is waiting for Vinnie at his car. He comes up to her and wraps his arms around her waist.

Vinnie- Ready to go?

Y/n- Mhm

He leans in a gives her a kiss. Just as they were kissing someone yells

"In the parking lot really"

They both turn quickly to see who had yelled. The one and only Ben was standing at his car facing them. Y/n holds up the middle finger as Vinnie opens the door for her to get in. He closes the door and gets in, driving away.

Vinnie- I'm guess you still talk to him?

Y/n- Mhm. You don't?

Vinnie- Sometimes. Mostly when he play games.

Y/n nods her head and decided to play some music. As she's on her phone she realizes Vinnie is parked and looks up at him.

Y/n- What are we doing?

Vinnie points behind her

Vinnie- Thought we could buy some things. Maybe ice cream and some masks or something.

Y/n- NO! REALLY! I LOVE TARGET

Vinnie laughs

Vinnie- I know that's why I brought you here.

They got down and walked inside. Vinnie grabbed a shopping cart as Y/n is already ahead of him looking down the aisles. She immediately went to where the ice cream was.

Y/n- Chocolate fudge brownie or half baked?

Vinnie- Definitely chocolate fudge brownie

Y/n puts it into the cart and went go grab some popcorn.

As she was grabbing the popcorn she noticed some girls eyeing her and Vinnie. She got closer to Vinnie and held his hand. She heard one of the girls say

"That's him. It is"

Suddenly they came up to Y/n and Vinnie.

Y/n was just as confused as Vinnie.

Girl 1- Hi are you Vinnie?

Vinnie- Umm yeah. Why?

Girl 2- OMG! We follow you on tik tok! Can we have a picture?

Vinnie- Oh um sure

Vinnie looks down at Y/n and let's go of her hand. He takes a selfie with the girls and starts talking to them.

Girl 1- It's so nice to meet you! Maybe we should hang out sometime

Y/n rolls her eyes as she is looking at the popcorn

Vinnie looks at Y/n and can see she is getting annoyed.

Vinnie- My girlfriend wouldn't be too comfortable with that. Sorry

Vinnie turns away from the girls and heads toward Y/n. She begins pushing the cart with Vinnie next to her.

Y/n- Wow! Your first encounter with fans. I thought you would be more excited

Vinnie- I would have been if she didn't ask to hang out.

Y/n- She was just being nice.

Vinnie- Why are you kind of okay with her asking that.

Y/n- I wouldn't say I'm okay with it, but at the end of the day you're with me and not her so

Y/n smirks at Vinnie causing him to laugh as he puts his arm around her shoulder.

Vinnie- And that is one of the reasons why I love you.
