20 minutes later the couple arrived back at the hotel where everyone was staying.
How are you feeling Millie?" Jake asked in a worried voice. He doesn't see her this vulnerable very often. "My muscles are stiff and I'm just so tired", she replied in a soft tone. So just like he did before, Jake picked her up and carried her inside the hotel up to their room.
"How about I run you a warm bath", he said placing her on the bed. "That would be very nice thank you", Millie replied softly. Jake kissed her on the head before entering the bathroom.
Around 10 minutes later the bath was ready. "Ok Mill it's all ready", he said re-entering the room. "Thank you Jake", she said with a smile. Millie had previously put on her robe so she walked into the bathroom and got in the tub.
"Jake, I need help with something", Millie shouted. "What's wrong Mill are you ok?" he said rushing in. "I just need the soap from up there I can't reach it", she replied pointing to a shelf. "Oh okay here", Jake said handing it to her. "Do you need anything else?", he asked before leaving the room. "Actually if you don't mind, can you stay in here with me I don't want to be alone", she replied. "Of course Mill", he said sitting down next to the bath tub.
Jake sat there with her for 30 mins before she was ready to get out. Millie slowly tried to stand up but a sharp pain in her back stopped her. "Oh god Millie are you okay", Jake asked in a panic. "Ugh I can't stand up my back is still hurting badly", she replied. "Here, give me your hands", he pulled her onto her feet, wrapped her up in a towel an gave her a quick hug. "Thank you Jake I can take it from here", Millie said with a bit of a giggle in her voice. "I'll be in bed waiting for you", he replied before exiting the room.
"Hey baby I'm all clean now", Millie said entering the bedroom. "Perfect, now get in here with me", Jake replied. She climbed into bed and snuggled up to him. "Thank you for everything", Millie said kissing his lips. Jake kissed her back before pulling away. "Anything for you Mill".
