In The Morning

In the soft embrace of dawn, I awoke from a most extraordinary dream that filled my heart with an unknown joy. I was lost in a passionate embrace with Lord Sesshomaru in this ethereal realm. It was a moment of pure bliss as our lips met in a tender kiss, leaving me with an unforgettable smile that lingered upon my waking face.

As I stirred from my slumber, my eyes fluttered open to behold a sight that sent shivers down my spine. Before me stood the very Lord Sesshomaru himself, patiently awaiting my awakening. With a gentle bow, I greeted him, "Good morning, Lord Sesshomaru," a mere whisper escaping my lips. His response was a simple grunt of acknowledgment, a stoic facade that concealed the depth of his emotions.

Yet, beneath the composed exterior, I could sense a flicker of warmth, a spark ignited by our shared dream. The memory of his silver hair cascading down my face played repeatedly in my mind, its silky softness still palpable. It was as if the dream had transcended the boundaries of reality, leaving an imprint on my heart that was both bittersweet and exhilarating.

A sigh escaped my lips as I whispered, "If only it were real life." The longing in my voice was palpable, a yearning for the unbelievable to become reality.

As the sun cast its golden rays on the tranquil forest, Kagome and Lord Sesshomaru continued their perilous journey. They had been traveling together for a day now. Kagome had proven to be a formidable warrior, capable of quickly slaying demons. While Lord Sesshomaru was impressed by her strength, he remained aloof and distant.

Kagome and Lord Sesshomaru encountered a fearsome demon bear on this particular morning. The beast was massive and powerful and charged at Kagome with unwavering ferocity. But Kagome was not afraid. She drew her bow and arrow and let loose a flurry of arrows, striking the demon bear in its vital points. The bear roared in pain and fell to the ground, defeated.

Kagome stood panting, her body weary from the battle. "I've killed the demon bear, Lord Sesshomaru," she said, addressing the stoic demon lord.

Lord Sesshomaru turned to her, his golden eyes glinting in the sunlight. "Very well, Miko," he replied. "It seems your power has gotten stronger since the last time."

Kagome was surprised and pleased by his words. She had been training hard, and it was gratifying to know that her efforts had not gone unnoticed. "Thank you, Lord Sesshomaru," she said, a genuine smile spreading across her face.

Lord Sesshomaru nodded slightly and turned away, continuing on his path. Kagome followed after him, her heart filled with a mix of admiration and gratitude. She knew that Lord Sesshomaru was a complex and enigmatic figure, but she was determined to gain his complete trust and respect. And so, they continued their journey together, facing challenges.

Later In the afternoon.

In the serene tranquility of the lush forest, Kagome's voice gently broke the silence as she approached Lord Sesshomaru during their journey. "Lord Sesshomaru, how about we pause for a lunch break?" she asked respectfully. Sesshomaru acknowledged her request with a subtle nod, his countenance maintaining its composed demeanor. Kagome bowed gracefully, acknowledging his consent, and Lord Sesshomaru found a suitable spot to rest, closing his eyes and entering a meditative state.

Kagome's heart fluttered with awe and admiration as she observed the mighty demon lord. His silver hair cascaded over his shoulders, contrasting with his striking amber eyes, exuding an aura of nobility and strength. Determined to make the most of their break, Kagome set off towards the nearby river, eager to gather some fresh fish for their meal. She skillfully cast her line into the crystal-clear waters, her keen eyes scanning the surface for any signs of movement.
