Kim Jong In also known as Kai. A seventeen-year-old teenager, just like anyone else. But the only difference is that he's not studying like what a teen should do, instead he's working. Sad life huh? Well, he's used to it.
Jongin's Pov
"KIM JONGIN, HOW MANY TIMES DO I HAVE TO TELL YOU NOT TO SLEEP IN MY SHOP?!" Someone yelled but I just ignored it and continued my sleeping. Suddenly, I felt a harsh push and BAM! I'm on the floor. Ouch, My butt hurts. "KIM JONG IN!" My boss yelled again. That's my boss, he always disturbs my beauty sleep. "How many times do I have to tell you that..." "Yeah yeah yeah don't sleep in your shop or I'll get fired." I cut him off. It was wrong and disrespectful but can't control myself.
"Well, congrats Kim Jongin cause you're FIRED!" With that my boss kicked me out. Or should say that old grumpy man kicked me out. You should wondering, why am I not in school? Well, the answer's simple, I'm an orphan and my parents didn't bring me to an orphanage. My parents was divorced when I was only nine. My mother was the one who left me alone in a park. So yeah, I'm working hard to feed myself. But now that I have lost my job, I guess I'll just have to find another one.
So I started searching for a proper job after that old man kicked me out. My butt still hurts. Anyway most of the shopkeepers doesn't accept underage employees. So it's really difficult for me to find a proper job. Usually when the high-schoolers passed by me they would laugh at me. I guess I'm used to it.
I went to the public noticeboard just a few blocks away from that old man's shop to search for any vacancies needed. As I reached there, a notice caught my eyes.
NOTICE
THE ROYAL FAMILY IS HIRING A SERVANT FOR OUR PRINCESS, LEE HARA. IF INTERESTED, GET INTERVIEWED IN THE CASTLE ON THE FOLLOWING TIME:
DATE: 24TH MAY (SUNDAY)
VENUE: THE ROYAL CASTLE
TIME: 7AM - 9 PM
That's today! And it's only 4pm! I can get interviewed for that job! All I have to do now is to walk to the castle! Without second thought I immediately ran towards the Royal Castle.
