HIM

Mabilis na lumipas ang isang linggo na puro activities and projects. Finals na rin kasi next week, the reason why our profs also minimized the time left for the remaining discussions.

That was the busiest week of my college life so far.

Today's Saturday at napagdesisyunan naming tatlo nila Zack and Chesca na dito nalang sa amin magreview for the approaching final exams.

It's already around 3 o'clock in the afternoon when Zack and Chesie decided to take a break from reviewing. Habang ako naman ay nagpapatuloy sa pagreview.

"Hey Victoria, wag naman masyadong seryoso. You're still the BSBA's top 1 for the overall ranking sa batch natin kahit na 'di ka mag-aral," said Zack who's now eating some chips. I just looked at him and rolled my eyes at nagpatuloy sa pagreview.

"Leave Alex alone Zack, istorbo ka eh," sabi naman ni Chesca na ngayo'y nakahiga sa sahig ng kwarto ko and eating a... lollipop? She really love sweets!

The floor is covered with carpet so she decided to study on the floor. Habang si Zack naman, siya ang nasa kama ko at ako ang nasa study table.

I gave Chesca a flying kiss because of what she said. She just beamed on me. Akala ko tahimik na ang pagrereview ko but then a witch sat beside me and grabbed my pen. Zack is really a pain in the head!

"What now Zackario?!" I said frustratingly but he just grinned at me and then clicked something on my laptop. He showed it to me at tiningnan ko kung ano iyon.

It was a facebook account named Ace Harold Lopez. Okay? Sino na naman 'to?

"That 'Ace' will be the new heartthrob sa school," Zack said and sighed in dreamy manner.

"Really? Eh bakit di ko alam? Even Alex didn't know about it," Chesca said na ngayo'y nasa tabi na rin pala namin.

"He's cute but... not my type tho," I said as I examined the guy's profile picture. It was taken from the beach because I can see that he's wearing a sunglass on his head and the background is the seaside. He's probably facing the sunset because the picture gives off a sun-kissed vibe.

"Cute?! He's like an eff'n god of handsomeness Victoria!" pagkontra ni Zack sa akin.

"Gwapo din siya for me but I'm staying loyal with Ali," singit naman Chesca na ngayo'y nagi-scroll sa account ni Ali.

"Duh! But for me, Ali and Ace hit the same standard. Like I can't even choose na between them," maarteng wika naman nitong si Zack and acted problematic.

"When did you knew about this Ace guy? I haven't heard about him. Not until now," I asked Zack and got some chips from his bowl.

"I saw him and Ali walking towards the registrar kasi yesterday. Of course curious ang lola niyo kaya nagtanong ako kay Ali when he got out of the office without Ace. There he said that Ace is the new transferee student," Zack said and crossed his arms as his ending pose. Arte.

"Wait. He's a new transferee right? But the semester is about to end. Ano pa'ng papasukan niya?" sabi ni Chesca na sinang-ayunan ko rin.

"Well, I don't know. Basta Ali also mentioned that the Principal is Ace's uncle," Zack said kaya napatango nalang kami ni Chesca.

Quarter to 10pm na rin noong umuwi ang dalawa. Tinapos kasi namin lahat ng subjects. We had no problem reviewing the minor ones, yung major subs talaga ang pinagtuunan namin ng pansin.
