The vast space held a delicate fragrance, like the dresses that hung at the many racks. Seokjin's eyes once again scanned the expanse of the items that screamed luxury and wealth before turning to the young cashier.
"Sir", her voice shook a bit, smile strained as she looked up at the tall man in three-inch heels, "I will need your husband's signature."
Even the man's frown was delicate, like a genius mind solving a seemingly unsolvable riddle. She looked down then, almost nervous under the questioning gaze, and picked up a document.
"I need the owner's signature", she then placed a black, sleek card on the off-white paper, "for the card."
Seokjin wasn't famous among the regular crowd but he has a name for himself among the employees and owners of high-class brands. A name for being the arm candy of three most influential businessmen of Seoul.
Hence he understood the confusion and smiled politely.
"That's his black card", though Seokjin quickly found he did not even need to respond when a familiar voice came from the entrance. He turned, smile turning genuine as he looked at his friend of almost two decades, "not any of his husbands'."
Pitying the cashier who was already red in the face and stuttering apology, Seokjin tried to handle the situation but of course Yoongi wasn't done. The owner stood in front of the glass desk, looking every employee in the eye one by one, "He's the one who designed this showroom and even other in this lane."
"Never miss out on the chance to brag about me", Seokjin's twinkling chuckle made the tense shoulders of the employees relax who were quick to bow in both respect and apology.
"Hyung deserves to be bragged about."
It was sweet, almost romantic to a stranger's eyes, but to the men it was a casual exchange of appreciation. Seokjin savored the moment, knowing his friend would turn to sarcastic remarks and ruthless teasing the second they were away from public's eyes.
"Yoongi-chi loves me?" the question was followed by a pout and the owner sighed, albeit fondly and full of affection, when Seokjin moved in for a hug.
"How is your life going?" Yoongi asked when they parted, after directing the employees to bag Seokjin's items with utmost care and precision, "As their trophy husband, I mean."
"You would know", a soft chuckle and Seokjin turned to him with teasing eyes, "I was your trophy husband in a story before."
A huff, a grin and Yoongi pushed at his friend playfully, "There's enough versions of you to go around."
Seokjin laughed at that, a hearty sound that echoed bright within the muted colors of the walls, so foreign in the sophisticated place that it helped the new man walk through the maze of racks and shelves and find the two best friends looking over a mannequin.
He stopped behind them, footsteps loud enough that Yoongi quickly turned to greet him.
"Taehyung", he offered a handshake which the younger completely ignored and stepped forward for a tight hug. It made Yoongi huff and Seokjin grin wide, Taehyung coming to stand beside his husband after the warm greeting.
"Are we still shopping, hyung?" Taehyung's question had no haste or annoyance, quite the opposite actually.
"I think I'm done", a perfectly sculpted eyebrow was raised in curiosity, Seokjin's face searching for something that Taehyung tried his best to hide.
Yoongi looked between them, at Seokjin's small smirk and Taehyung's wandering eyes. The youngest of three then took the hand wrapped in gold bangles and diamonds rings, his hold delicate but sure, "I want to buy more for hyung."
