"Seth?"
Lily looked at me.
"It looks like you've seen a ghost" she mumbeled.
But mabye I did, I saw a gigantic dragon just a second ago. He wanted to tell her that.
"Never mind... Look, there is something I want to confess..."
Lily almost mumbeled it.Finally.
Seth knew that there was something she had always kept from him. A secret. They climbed "the tree"."Have you ever noticed how different you are from your family, or friends?" her voice was deep.
"I did actually give a thought this morning, yeah." Seth thought about his burning eyes.
"Well, the fact is that you and I are pretty different from most people..."
Lilys voice faded.
Then I saw something I never noticed before.Lilys eyes were ocean blue, but when she moved, water floated around in her eyes. Like my burning eyes, but with water.
"Have you ever burned something by toutching it? Or heated up yourself?"
In fact, Seth had done it many times, but never gave it a thought he could be the only one.
"Well, yes. But why can I do this?"
Seth was very confused.
"Well, your parents,"
"Yeah?"
"They are not your parents."
This fact made Seth even more confused.
"But, who are my parents?"
"You don't have them. Neither do I."
"But..."
"You were born from an egg"
Seth started laughing. That was the stupidest idea she could have made up.
"Wow, that was a good one Lil, you sounded very convincing! But seriously, let's speak again tomorrow, ok?"
Lily looked shocked.
"I was telling the truth..."
Seth looked back. Lily was nearly crying and the looked at me with a dead serious face.
"Seth..."
"Yes?"
"We're not human..."
