Eeveelution Squad: A New Era

Message Sent

The year was 6043, and we introduce to you Pat and Sabine, our next generation of Eeveelutions after a conflict that happened 30 years ago.

Pat the Umbreon and Sabine the Glaceon were twin siblings, alone in the world, but good people. They met Black the Umbreon, and "Mira" the Vaporeon to help them improve their lives because they knew their lives could be better.

For 3 years, Pat went under the wing of Black the Umbreon to learn a martial art called, "Wing Chun", which improved his skills not only in fighting but also social skills as he was depressed and lonely. Pat thought of his mentor as a family figure, because he had never seen his parents at all, and his only family was his twin sister. He was able to be friends with a Flareon called Grant, who also went to the same school. He was able to get good grades, but even more so, was nicer and more open. and he was able to have wide knowledge about computer science.

Sabine befriended Mira the Vaporeon and Sabine learned how to use her chemicals for healing. Not only that, Mira also introduced Emily the Leafeon to Sabine, saying, "Emily is also a pro chemist here, so she can help you in any way she can."

Emily then asks Sabine, "Do you go to Icebox High? I feel like we are in the same chemistry class together. I've also noticed that there are only four Eeveelutions in that chemistry class, but that Glaceon in my class looked weird, had blue-green paws, I think?"

"So we are in the same chemistry class, I guess." remarks Glaceon.

"How do you know?" Emily replied.

"I am the Glaceon with blue-green paws, what else is there to know? Also, being observant, there is only one Leafeon in my class, which I guess is you. "

"Also, not gonna lie, you always wear that mask, like the people 4000 years ago!

"What do you mean?"

"Something called COVID-19. Never mind. That was in year 2019. The past is the past. We heard of a Category 4 Berserker Virus, but it has only affected one person. Apparently, it is not contagious, because that one person is the only one with it. So again, why do you wear that mask? Protecting yourself from the Berserker virus?

"Because I work with poison. And mixing it with ice. And because this is my special green mask I always use for experiments and stuff. And also it looks good on me."

"Interesting! So we friends?"

"Friends. We know we've got each other's backs."

Three years later with Pat Umbreon and Grant Flareon in a computer science class the next day (Monday, year 6046)...

"Just a normal day in computer science, right?" Pat remarks.

"Seems so." His friend, Grant, replies back.

"It's okay, hey I want to tell you something.

"What?"

"Do you know about Team Ascent?"

"That team that is about taking over the city?"

"Not really, I think they are mainly targeting me, but they are sort of convincing cities to fight against me. Bad move. I hope I can learn some hacking in this course to see who is the leader and more stuff about them.

"You going to be a white-hat hacker? Hack their systems? Because I think you are to be very experienced with this, Pat. You seem like you are enjoying yourself in the class all the time!"

"Well, I guess I could be the one to do that then. Would you like to help me?"

"Most definitely, Pat! I would love to be on a coding adventure like that? Should we attack on the summer break?"

"Maybe there is a reason why these attacks are happening."

Class ends for them, and they walk to lunch, just casually talking about normal, nerd stuff.

The next day, Pat got a text message from a random number, which said,

"Dear Pat,

It is nice to talk with you again. We have to tell you that Spike has been hunting you for 10 years because of something we suspect you might have. Meet us in the Icebox Mall the day after you graduate. We never wanted this to happen. I hope you can help Spike because he is a really troubled person. Unless absolutely necessary, control your anger, because your anger leads to a state where you are at risk of destroying everything.

    Love your parents, Speed Jolteon and Lazuli Glaceon."

Pat then tells Sabine about this, remarking, "Our father was the 5th Champion? Dang, that is so amazing!! I would have never been the 7th champion without motivation from him. Wait till he hears that his son has held the title for 10 years! Both Pat and Sabine go to Pat's computer and search up, 7th Champion. Then they see a website to the link of champions, which Pat proceeds to click. 

Pat and Sabine then looks at his computer then sees the list of champions in this order:

7th Champion: Pat Umbreon (Oh Kay-0): Years 6036-present

6th Champion: Spike Absol: Years 6017-6035

5th Champion: Speed Jolteon (Yellow Flash): 6015-6017

And so on and so forth until he sees the first champion, then a news article titled:

"Mysterious 8 year old comes from absolutely nowhere!"

Pat knows this, as he was the 8 year old that defeated Spike Absol. However, since Pat took the title as champion, Team Ascent's attacks on Icebox City had started, possibly relating to Pat's hidden state being unlockable by being pushed to the limits?
