I just thought it would be fun to rewrite a part of someone else's story since I really wanted to write but didn't have an idea for anything.

"PRINCE DREAM PLEASE WAKE UP!"

A maid shook the young prince who was sleeping peacefully in his bed. The boy groaned and opened his eyes sleepily.

"Yes..?"

He quickly shook himself awake when he saw the fearful face of the maid as well as yelling and screaming from outside his room.
His eyes widened. "What's happening?"

"FORGIVE ME BUT WE HAVE NO TIME. WE MUST GET YOU AND YOUR LITTLE SIBLINGS OUT OF THE CASTLE. NOW."

Confused but recongizing the urgency of the situation, Dream followed the maid and the both of them rushed to Tubbo and Drista's room. The maid banged at the door, startling the two inside. Drista went to open the door and was met by the worried faces of Dream and the maid.

Dream quickly picked up Drista, the girl complaining in response and Tubbo was carried by the maid.

"DREAM WHAT-"
"I'm not too sure either but I know it's an emergency at the very least. Stay put Dris"
Recieving a serious answer from her brother, Drista stopped struggling against Dream's hold.

They ran through the castle and quickly exited. They stopped running when they were a good distance away from the castle to catch their breath. Dream looked around the place, confused when he didn't see who he was expecting to see.

"Where's mother and-" He whipped his head around back to the castle in surprise when a loud explosion happened.
The castle continued to get blown up as he and his siblings watched in shock.

"PRINCE DREAM, WE MUST KEEP RUNNING!"
The maid grabbed Dream's arm and ran further from the castle. Dream reluctantly followed her pull, still watching the explosions. Walls of the castle fell apart, smoke and fire can be seen eating away at the place, the flag of their kingdom had long been broken and was no where to be seen from far away.

They stopped running once they were out of the kingdom.
Dream put down Drista and pulled at the maid's slightly torn dress in shock and fear. He started to ask something but couldn't get the words out as he stared at her with teary wide eyes. He looked back at the castle and back at her, pointing at the burning building.

The three of them all knew what he was asking. The maid set Tubbo on the ground and hugged Dream in guilt and pity. Dream didn't hug back as he stood there motionless.

The princess's eyes widened when she saw the maid hug Dream, unable to give a proper answer to his unspoken question.
She turned to the direction of the fire in shock and dispair. Unable to do anything but watch as more and more parts of their home crumble to the ground.

She didn't know how to react.

"I'm sorry... so so sorry...." The maid told them. Dream gritted his teeth and pushed her off him. He quickly turned back to the castle and ran back in it's direction. The maid quickly realizing what Dream was doing chased after him.

"PRINCE DREAM PLEASE!!"

Dream started to slow down. He knew no matter what he did, nothing could change what happened. As much as he wanted ti deny it, as much as he wanted to dive in the castle and save them, it was useless.

Dream dropped onto his knees and cried. The maid sat down on the ground in front of Dream and moved him to lean on her, hugging him protectively as he continued to sob.

Drista stood up, looking over Dream and the maid from her spot. She gave one last glance at the castle before turning to Tubbo.

The youngest prince stood on the grass as he stared off into the distance blankly. A few tears slipped passed his cheeks. He noticed Drista looking at him and gave her a small, very forced smile. He turned his gaze towards Dream and his smile broke into one of heavy concern and sadness.

He walked towards his brother, taking Drista's hand and dragging her along in the process. They sat down beside Dream, the latter was now deathly silent compared to his loud sobbing only a few moments ago, the tears however still didn't stop falling.

They both snuggled up beside Dream and hugged him. The maid gave them a small smile and made room for them in her arms as well.

"Everything'll be okay.."

Not my best but that was pretty fun for a change

The maid ended up seeming very motherly-
I really liked her a lot as I was writing it honestly XD
