Like Romeo and Juliet?

Chapter 1

Callie's P.O.V
'Fucking new schools. Not like I haven't had enough of them yet.' I mumbled to myself.

'Callie?' My aunt said, making me turn my head to look at her.

'Yeah?'

'We're here.' She told me as she nodded towards the big building and parking the car. 'Do you want me to come with you?'

'No. I'm fine. Bye.' I mumbled before getting out of the car. I slammed the car door shut before I began to walk over to the entrance of the school.

My aunt and I spent most of the morning deciding on what I was going wear. My aunt and I are opposites, so deciding what to wear is always a struggle. We eventually settled on my black tights, shorts, my nirvana shirt, my red plaid shirt wrapped around my waist and my black Doc Martins. My mid length hair was parted to the side and plaited loosely.

As I entered the school I got disgusted looks for what seemed like everyone, but continued to walk to the front desk.

'Hey. How can I help you?' The front desk lady asked.

'I'm a new student. Callie Anderson.' I told her. She smiled and handed me some papers and a key. The bell then went. I guess I'm missing registration.

'I'll show you to your locker and then your first class.' She told me as she came out from behind the front desk. As I followed her, the corridors were empty and all you could hear were the sound of her heels against the floor.

Eventually, we arrived at my locker and then she led me to my class, which was Science. We turned around a few corners before stopping in front of a door. The lady then knocked on the door before a voice said come in. She did as she was told and entered the class room with me following behind her.

'Hello class. Mr Waller. This is the new student that will be joining you today.' She then nudged me as if I was supposed to smile at them or something so, instead, I raised my eyebrow at her. 'Go on, introduce yourself.' She instructed. I groaned and rolled my eyes before doing as I was told.

'Hey, I'm Callie and yeah, hey.' I said, which earned me a bunch of snickers from around the class.

'Hey... Uh, Callie. Do you wanna go and sit down at the back over there?' I wasn't sure if he was asking me or telling me to so I just sat at the back as sir handed me a book.

'Hey.' A girl, with black roots in her hair and the rest white, whispered to me.

'Hey.' I whispered back.

'I'm Phoenix.' She told me.

'I'm guessing you already know my name.'

'Haha, yeah. You handled your situation very well. Congrats.' She chuckled.

'Thanks. I'm a pro now with being the new kid.' I chuckled. She was wearing black, ripped skinny jeans and a black crop top that was rolled up at the sleeves. She was also wearing a green plaid shirt that was wrapped around her waist with some DM's too.

'Thanks. You can hang out with me and my friends today.' She told me. 'They're idiots, but you'll get use to them.'

'Thanks. I look forward to it.' I chuckled.

After me and Phoenix talked through the whole of science, the bell rung. Luckily, Phoenix had pretty much the same timetable as me so we just walked to IT together. We took our seats next to a computer near the back of the class, again. The teacher introduced me to the class, which I think I'm gunna get a lot of for the next few days, before starting the lesson.

'Hey Callie!' Phoenix called.

'Yup.' I replied as I took my eyes off the computer screen.

'This is Bailey, Renee and Daisy.' She told me as I was greeted by the faces of three girls.
