"I'm Ameedah", she said smiling.
"Ameedah", Habeeb repeated the name and carefully dropped Zara.
He looked at Ameedah keenly and all of the time spent with Ameedah started coming to his memory however he was in pain as he placed his hand slightly on his forehead.
"Ameedahhhhh", he called out loudly as he remembered the last incident in which he took the bullet for her and immediately he passed out.
Ameedah quickly called Uthman and he assured them to be there in few minutes.
Ameedah was however very worried as she paced to and fro in the sitting room with Zara in her arms. Soon Zara fell asleep in her arms and Sayidah carried her to a room.
Uthman came after few minutes and was directed to the room Habeeb was.

He was done checking him then he walked up to the family.
"Habeeb is very fine and should be awake in an hour time however we can't tell whether or not he regained his memory until he wakes up so let's just hope for the best".
"Thank you very much Uthman, I really appreciate", Sayidah said.
"You're all welcome but believe me when I say, I didn't really do anything special as Habeeb is my brother and its also my duty as a medical doctor", Uthman replied.
"And Ameedah, please stay calm, Habeeb will be just fine, your effort won't go to waste", he reassured her and she nodded in response.

It was few minutes to the time Habeeb will be conscious again, all except Ameedah went to his room.
Ameedah watched them as they all walked to his room and the more worried she became. She sat on the couch weakly as she buried her head in her palms praying to the Almighty.

  ~ Habeeb finally woke up ~
He looked at everyone in the room carefully.
"Where is Ameedah, mum?", Habeeb asked.
"Habeeb, have you regained everything, please say yes", Sayidah said.
"Sis, I'm perfectly fine and yes, I've regained my memory, now please tell me where they are".
"Who do you mean " they" ", Uthman interrupted.
"My wife and daughter of course", he replied rolling his eyes at Uthman.
He was getting impatient already as he stood up from his bed and walked to his parents who were just smiling and could not even utter a word.
"Mum, is Ameedah fine", he asked.
"Your Ameedah is fine, she's downstairs", his mum answered.
He was downstairs already and Ameedah didn't even realize he was there until he called her.
"Ameedah", he called soothingly.
She looked up immediately and on sighting him, she stood up.
"Habeeb", she also called calmly.
She didn't move from where she stood nor did Habeeb.
"I remember everything Ameedah and I'm sorry it took this long", he said as he stretched his arms expecting a hug from Ameedah.
Ameedah felt butterflies in her stomach as he said that as she ran as fast as her body could carry towards Habeeb.
She hugged him tightly and started to cry.
"No tears please Ameedah, its a joyous occasion, instead of you to give your husband a passionate kiss, you're crying", he said teasing her.
"Ohh stop it Habeeb, its called tears of joy, do you know how long I've waited for this day Habeeb", she said still hugging him tightly as she pecked his neck line.
"I've missed us so much",Habeeb said as he rubbed her back.
"Yeaahhh, same here, I've missed you a lot".
After few minutes, they disengaged from the hug and were staring intensely at each other.
"A kiss?", he asked.
"A deep one", she replied.
And she leaned in for the kiss. It was a long and passionate kiss and they were not ready to stop anytime soon until Uthman ruined the moment.
"Get a room please", Uthman said.
Immediately, Ameedah tried pulling out of the kiss but Habeeb wasn't ready to break the kiss so he simply ignored Uthman and continued.
She twisted his ears and that was when he broke the kiss.
"Have some shame Habeeb", she said in a whisper.
"Kissing my wife isn't anything shameful, I can do it over and over again", he said in a whisper and winked lovingly at her.
"Habeebbb".

Uthman walked up to them.
"Its so cool to see you both together again after so long, I'm sure the happiest here anyways congratulations to Mr and Mrs Yusuf", he said sincerely happy for them.
"Thank you very much Uthman", Ameedah said.
"I'm the happiest please,I got my wife and my lovely daughter", he rolled his eyes at Uthman.
"Yes Buddy, the happiness is evident on your face, may this happiness last forever", Uthman prayed.
"Aaammeeeeeen", they all said in unison as his dad, mum and sister walked in.
"Ameedah, congratulations and once again welcome to the family even though you've always been a part of us since the day Habeeb brought you in", Habeeb's dad said.
"Look at how fresh my sister-in-law has suddenly become",Sayidah said flattering Ameedah.
"Hmmm, stop buttering me up", she replied smiling.
"My daughter in-law is finally back home, welcome sweetheart", Habeeb's mum said.
"Thank you ma'am", she replied beaming.
They all talked for sometime and Habeeb was all over Ameedah during the discussion and Ameedah could only stylishly tell him to behave normally but Habeeb won't listen.
"Sir, ma'am, sis, Ameedah and buddy, goodnight to you all", Uthman said , ready to leave.
"Won't you see your friend off", Habeeb's mum teased him.
"Yh, mum, I'll be back Ameedah", Habeeb said and stood up.
They both walked out and Uthman wouldn't stop teasing his friend.
"So man, once again congratulations, this night would surely be a long night for you both", Uthman teased.
"Guy, stop prying. By the way, I've really missed her and I just want to hold her till forever", He replied dramatically.
"Okay, I need to release you fast so as to hold her till forever", Uthman replied.
"Yes please be fast about it, hop in to your vehicle, good night man", Habeeb said and turned immediately.
It was getting dark already and Ameedah was set to go even though they all told her to spend the night.
"I'll come around some other time, I promise since sis is going now, why don't I just go with her", she suggested.
"I'm set to leave but I'm not sure Habeeb would let you go", Sayidah said.
"Exactly, I won't allow her leave", Habeeb interrupted.
"Habeeb listen",Ameedah walked up to him and tried to explain, I didn't tell anyone I'll be staying out tonight and as you know, Zara and I didn't come prepared at all", she said.
"All right, that's all fine, then we would do this, Sis would leave now while I drive you both to your parents home but you'll be spending the night at my place, we would only go there to inform them and pack the things you need, so do you agree Mrs Yusuf?", he asked her.
"Agreed, let me bring Zara from the room, she's still sleeping", she said.
"I'll get her", he answered.
