"𝐹𝑜𝑟 𝑡𝑜𝑑𝑎𝑦'𝑠 𝑎𝑐𝑡𝑖𝑣𝑖𝑡𝑦, 𝐼'𝑚 𝑎𝑠𝑘𝑖𝑛𝑔 𝑦𝑜𝑢 𝑡𝑜 𝑏𝑟𝑖𝑛𝑔 𝑜𝑢𝑡 𝑡ℎ𝑜𝑠𝑒 𝑝ℎ𝑜𝑡𝑜 𝑡ℎ𝑎𝑡 𝑟𝑒𝑚𝑖𝑛𝑑𝑠 𝑦𝑜𝑢 𝑎𝑛 𝑢𝑛𝑓𝑜𝑟𝑔𝑒𝑡𝑡𝑎𝑏𝑙𝑒, ℎ𝑎𝑝𝑝𝑦 𝑚𝑒𝑚𝑜𝑟𝑖𝑒𝑠. 𝐺𝑜 𝑎ℎ𝑒𝑎𝑑" our professor instructed as everyone bring out their photos with a smile on their lips, happiness was totally shown on their eyes.
Same as what I did, I bring out the photo and take a glance on it. I smiled as I saw what's on the picture, but it is ephemeral as my smile is fading, last for a short period of time.
"𝑁𝑜𝑤 𝑖𝑛 𝑓𝑟𝑜𝑛𝑡 𝑜𝑓 𝑡ℎ𝑒 𝑐𝑙𝑎𝑠𝑠, 𝑒𝑣𝑒𝑟𝑦𝑜𝑛𝑒 𝑠ℎ𝑎𝑙𝑙 𝑡𝑒𝑙𝑙 𝑢𝑠 𝑠𝑜𝑚𝑒𝑡ℎ𝑖𝑛𝑔 𝑎𝑏𝑜𝑢𝑡 𝑤ℎ𝑎𝑡 ℎ𝑎𝑝𝑝𝑒𝑛𝑒𝑑 𝑏𝑒ℎ𝑖𝑛𝑑 𝑡ℎ𝑎𝑡 𝑝ℎ𝑜𝑡𝑜" he said then I heard the mutter of complaint from the students around me.
But we don't have any choice so we follow his command instead. They started to listen while each and everyone were sharing their happy memories in front of the class.
Happy memories that taken by a photo must be treasured.
Happiness never fade inside our room, everyone have a winsome smile on their lips, murmuring how proud and happy they are, but I don't know why I couldn't feel the same way.
I just bow my head down and looked at my photo again then smile, but there's a bitterness on it. It twitched my heart but fortunately, I can still hold back my tears. I don't want to show how I am hurt inside.
I don't want to ruin their joy.
But I don't know if I can resist my tears for a long time. It makes me weak. Tears might fall when I'm sharing my reminiscences.
I keep the photo and wipe my tears but it is too late as my professor noticed me.
