How am I going to keep what Enzo told me to myself?

How am I going to face everyone knowing it's all been a lie? I never knew my best friend to be a liar. Will I ever forgive her for what she's done and kept from me?

I'm sitting in my room staring at my window thinking of what Enzo had told me an hour ago.

The tears roll down my face as they have too many times this week.

It is a Sunday afternoon. A sad, grey afternoon. The opposite of what it should be.

Jason never came back for me. A part of me wishes he was lying when he said he was just horny but the sad truth is. There is no proof to deny his hurtful words. He used me because he was bored. He has no feelings toward me. The Jason that had feelings died, two years ago.

I'm trying to add up all the missing pieces. It just doesn't make sense. Is Candy this good of a liar?

Enzo explained everything to me...

A month ago, Candy went on a robotics trip in Malborow City, many miles away from our town.

According to Enzo, there was no actual trip, she had made it all up.

She went to a completely different city. Where Jason happens to be. He met her there.

All he knows is that they got intimate...

*FLASHBACK TO EARLIER THAT DAY*

"They had sex, Cheryl," Enzo says as he squeezes my hand in comfort.

Those words pierced through my empty heart.

I cried my eyes out. I could not believe what he was saying.

"What are you saying?" I ask.

I calm down after a while and look at Enzo.

"He's the father..." I realize.

"They don't know for sure, but that's why he's here. For a test."

I stay silent.

"That's why I was soo upset when Jordan told me he's the father. I knew there was a possibility it could be someone else, but I didn't ever think it would be Jordan. Now she's going to break his heart." He says with anger in his voice.

"How could you let Jason stay with you?" I ask.

"When he called me last week he was stressed. He didn't know that Candy was seeing Jordan. He thought that he was the father of the child when Candy called him."

"Wait soo Candy knew she was pregnant and she didn't tell anyone because she thinks Jason's the father?"

"Yes, pretty much."

"Candy's been with Jordan many times and she's only had sex with Jason once, why is it soo likely to be him?" I ask.

"Because they had unprotected sex." Enzo sighs.

Could this weekend off any worse...

"I don't know why Candy and Jason met up. All I know is that it had something to do with George's death." He assures.
