Sasha had gone back to work after enjoying the two day Halloween break she had got and was beyond happy with the time she had spent with her boyfriend. After the party, Jaehyun went and stayed with her at her apartment before he got more busy and they wouldn't be able to see much of each other.
It had been the most romantic two days of both of their lives, they kissed, cuddled, cooked together, went out for small dates and slept holding each other. There were times things did get a little heated between them almost making them take the next step but they knew that they weren't ready for that yet.
It was time for Dream's main comeback after the successful collab they just had, just like always she reached the practice room first and started to stretch and warm up while the members pilled in one after the other joining her.
They began with learning the first half of the choreography till it was time for them to take a break and get something to satisfy their hunger. The group invited her once again to join them as they now no longer felt awkward around her and actually enjoyed her company.
All of them ordered and settled down to eat when Sasha's eyes went towards Jaemin's coffee which she was well aware of how it is. She politely asked him if she could have a sip of it since she hadn't gotten anything to drink with her food.
At first he was a little apprehensive and Jeno offered his drink instead knowing his friend's hesitation but she shook her head and said she wanted something strong so that's why she asked him. Jaemin nodded and handed her the coffee which when she sipped she tried not to wince even though she loved a good strong black coffee this was something else.
Smiling back at him she handed him his drink back and continued eating making all of them a bit confused. They were sure that she would make some kind of a comment so when she didn't it left them a little surprised. Other than this incident they all had a nice meal and sat down to chat a bit more as Sasha didn't want them dancing right after.
She asked about how they spent their Halloween break and if they did something like a costume party or just went out for a nice evening and they told her that they had done the latter. They told her they wanted her to come for Chenle's birthday party and she agreed.
All of them went over the choreo once again and then once she monitored it she was happy with their progress but she wanted them to practice this a little more before they went ahead with the second half. They had a lot of time until their comeback to learn and perfect it.
Tomorrow they had a photoshoot before the practice so Sasha thought she would go and see the 127's music show performance and cheer them on but the group asked her to accompany them to the shoot so she couldn't say no to them.
All the members one by one bid goodbye to her and got out of the room leaving only Jaemin and Sasha. He offered her if she wanted a lift back to her place and she shook her head and said it was okay she could just walk back but he said he wanted to talk to her about something so she agreed.
The atmosphere was a little tense as she had no idea about what he wanted to talk about and he didn't know how to start but taking a deep breath he asked her the thing that had been bothering him since afternoon.
"Noona why didn't you say anything about my coffee or give any reaction? Like most of the time anyone ever has a sip of it they usually react badly but you didn't." it surprised her as to why he was bothered by it.
Smiling she replied, "Um well I'm kinda used to having coffee like that. When I was in college I used to have coffee a whole lot sometimes it was strong like yours or just sometimes it would just have the normal two shots. Because I was a double major I had to study a lot and I would down coffee like it was water. Although one day it took its toll on me and I got really sick. The doctor advised me to not have coffee for like a good two months and not to overwork myself. That is why I wanted to see how your coffee tasted because it looked pure black and I know it's not my place to say it but I really think you should cut back on it. I can see how it affects you and how it can affect your overall well-being. I know it won't be easy but try yeah? I can see that the other boys are worried as well when they see you having your drink."
Jaemin stayed silent trying to process all that she had just told him but after a minute he returned her smile and nodded at her telling her that he will make an effort to reduce his intake little by little.
Sasha was happy that she had gotten him to reconsider and waved him goodbye when they reached her place. She quickly got in to shower as soon as she entered and made herself a cup of hot chocolate after she got into more warm clothes as the weather was getting more colder as the winter approached.
She got a video call from Haechan and Mark who were chilling as usual, out of the whole group well except Jaehyun she was closest to the two of them.
Both the boys were almost doing the same thing as her except Mark had a guitar in his hand and while Haechan looked he had just showered.
"Yo MarkHyuck! What are you both up to? " she asked as they came in her view.
"Hey Hey! Nothing we're just getting ready to go to the music show pre-recording and just had dinner courtesy Doyoung hyung. What are you having now?"
She showed her mug and told them she had ordered herself a pizza for tonight. The conversation flowed as they asked her how her day was just like she used to asking them about their's.
They had a little chill night video call with Mark strumming the guitar and Haechan's powerful yet soft vocals, Sasha just lived and enjoyed the moment as to her this was something she only would see through a live on their channels but now to experience it as their friend? It was still really like a dream to her.
