"Oh wait! It's Love"

Bon-hwa's POV

I wanted to show my appreciation to Ta Shay for making me happy and for becoming the reason my heart beat faster and the reason I became a human being, Therefore, I dedicated a love song to her, playing the piano she selected for my father, hoping she'd understand my feelings. I stopped when I noticed she was crying.

"Hey, what's wrong?" I said as I got up and held her shoulders

"I'm sorry, I just don't like pianos" she replied wiping her tears

"Why?" I inquired and she broke free from me and sat down, playing with the keys of the piano

"My father played the piano for my mum and I. I watched him but never understood how to. I decided to learn her to play the piano secretly, just to surprise him and make him happy. I-I never got the chance to do that. They never got the chance to hear me play. That's why, I dislike pianos or someone playing a piano close to me. I only touch them when I'm completely depressed." she explained

"I'm sorry. You should have told me." I said

"I'm the one who should be sorry. I should have, but we were already here. Do you want to listen to what I secretly practiced for my parents?"

"Sure!"

She played a nice tune that made me cry, knowing the story behind it. I just stood there and listened. When she stopped, she noticed my eyes were watery. She said not to cry but how could I not? I was hurt because she was hurt. It was practically my fault.

I paid for the piano and arranged for it to be taken to my house. We headed straight to where the performance was to be held. Fans already gathered, screaming for us. How time flew.

Backstage, my father came to wish us good luck. Tah shay had already left with the other dancers to get prepared. After our normal chit chat, I popped a serious question.

I was so relieved with his answer. I thanked him a lot and he said to have a blast. I had already fallen for Tah Shay, not getting permission to be with her would have been painful. Because of that, the performance was a success.

When everyone struck their finally pose, Tah Shay was breathing heavily and seemed weak. Fans kept screaming and cheering. Tah shay stumbled as if she was about to faint. I broke her fall and held her tight with our faces half an inch apart.

"If you ever want to fall, if you ever feel weak, lean on me" I said and carried her backstage and made her sit up.

"Gangsamnida Bon-hwa. I'm alright, no need to worry." she said faking a smile

"Don't ever lie to me. Ever! I will worry about you, from now on, I will only protect you"

"Bon-hwa!" she exclaimed softly as I knelt down and looked into her eyes.

"I...want you to be mine" I said to her

"In the states, it means you want to date me. Perhaps, is it the same thing in..........'

I kissed her before she could complete her statement. She grabbed my arms and squeezed them. Her grip made me kiss her longer than planed.
