After quickly ganging up on izuku they went off declaring themselves as hero's and declaring izuku as the villain. After all, the hero's always won in bokugos definition of a hero and after that, they left izuku there without a care for his well-being.
Izuku managed to pick himself back up and away from the playground as the kid he was defending had already run away while he was getting pummeled without helping him. Yet izuku didn't hesitate to help anyone because it was just in his nature and he would do anything to help someone out even if it cost him his life that's why he has the heart of a true hero as you got back to his house he started to apply ointment to his wounds that he got from the explosive Pomeranian bakugou and the reason why he has burn marks is that Bakugo's quirk is explosion it allows them to create nitroglycerin like sweat and send an explosion from his Palms.
Izuku: ouch, dam that hurts. Dam bakugo one day I'll get a quirk and show all of them what it takes to be a hero.
(Later on at the doctor's office)
Doctor: you should give up there is no way for him to develop a quirk.
Inko: what's wrong with him?
Doctor: most kids his age have already developed a quirk and most of the kids his age that have quirks have one joint in their pinky toe and your son here has two joints in the toe so ya give up.
Inko was pissed off not only for not having a quirk but now he will deal with more of bakugos bullying but now he will deal with his class bullying and as he looks at the doctor with what people would call a death glare and when the doctor saw the glare he froze with fear.

As inko and izuku left the doctors office they went back and one thing was for sure is that Izuku wasn't given up on being a hero.
Throughout his first grade year, he was mistreated and people would ignore him or just stay away from him just because he was quirkless the teachers would badmouth him because he didn't have a quirk any toy tried to play with was given to kids with quirks.
