So today, a boy at my school is trying to stop my self harm and he had the idea to snap a rubber band on my wrist. It worked till I broke it. It was loud. Then we decided on The butterfly drawing. I drew it and named it after him. So yeah.
If you don't know what the butterfly drawing its where you draw a butterfly wherever you cut, and name it after someone you dont want hurt. You don't wash it off, you let it fade on its own. If you cut, then you kill the butterfly, and killing the person you named it after. If you don't cut before its gone, then you did a Amazing thing
