The next few months seemed to fly by, and before they knew it, Dean and Cas were getting things ready for their wedding.
"Are you excited for tomorrow?" Mary asked. She had invited Dean and Cas over for lunch.
"Very much." Dean smiled. He looked at Cas and kissed his cheek.
Cas smiled back at him and took a sip of his drink.
Mary smiled and sat down, eating an apple slice from a fruit tray she'd prepared. She was almost 37 weeks pregnant, and they estimated that she had about 3-4 weeks left before the baby came.
"Have you guys thought of a name?" Dean asked.
"Not yet." Mary chuckled. "But I've been thinking of a couple of names. I have a couple boy options as well as some girl options." She smiled. They didn't know the gender.
"That's good." Dean smiled.
The three of them finished lunch, and Dean and Cas left. They both had a hard time sleeping that night, and they couldn't stop thinking about tomorrow.
"I can't believe we're gonna be married tomorrow. Officially. This is crazy." Dean smiled.
"I can't believe it either. I've been waiting for this moment for so long." Cas chuckled, laying his head on Dean's chest.
"I love you Dean." He said.
"I love you too Cas." Dean replied, looking down at Cas. Cas lifted his head to look at Dean, and smiled before kissing him. He pulled away after a couple seconds, and wrapped his arms around Dean, holding him close.
The next morning, Cas woke up before Dean, carefully sliding out of bed, trying not to wake Dean. He quickly ate some breakfast, and then hopped into the shower. When he got out, he put on a navy blue robe, and walked back into his bedroom, and saw that Dean was awake.
"Morning." He said, walking over to the wardrobe.
"Good morning. How long have you been up?" Dean asked, yawning.
"About 40 minutes or so. I figured I'd let you sleep longer. It's a big day today." Cas smiled.
Dean smiled and closed his eyes, sitting up and stretching his arms and neck. He watched as Cas got dressed, and then he made grabby hands at him. Cas laughed and walked over to him, sitting on the bed next to him.
"Want something?" He asked, chuckling a bit.
Dean just stuck his lips out slightly, and closed his eyes. Cas laughed again, and leaned over, kissing his fiance. After that, he stood up and walked out of the room.
"I'm gonna go make sure everything is ready. I'll see you at the ceremony." He said, blowing Dean a kiss goodbye.
"I'll be there." Dean smiled.
A few minutes later, Dean also took a shower and got ready for the wedding. He got dressed and combed his hair, before standing in front of the mirror for a bit, trying to calm his nerves.
When it came time for the ceremony, Dean made his way over to the chapel, and opened the double doors. Inside, there was Cas' parents, Mary, and a few of their good friends. Mary was at the front of the left side, talking to a woman. When the priest saw Dean, he motioned for everyone to settle down. Dean took a deep breath and walked over to the alter, smiling at Cas the whole way.
Cas smiled back at Dean as he watched him walk closer and closer. Once Dean made it to the alter, he held Cas' hand, and the priest welcomed everyone to the wedding before moving on to the vows.
"Please repeat after me. I, Castiel Novak, take you, Dean Winchester, to be my lawfully wedded husband, to have and to hold, from this day forward, for better, for worse, for richer, for poorer, in sickness and in health, until death do us part."

Dean smiled widely at Cas before speaking.

They continued with the rest of the ceremony, and before they knew it, the priest was saying, "you may kiss."
Dean smiled again and cupped Cas' face, kissing him deeply. They heard cheers around them as they kissed, and after a few minutes, they completely pulled away and laughed as the turned around to face the crowd. Everyone had stood up to clap, including Mary. While Dean was looking at the small crowd of people, he noticed Mary, who was currently sitting back down and no longer clapping, holding her belly with a focused look on her face. His smile immediately dropped and he rushed over to her.
"Mom! Are you okay? Is it time?" He asked, grabbing her other hand and sitting next to her. She just nodded, and Dean and Cas helped her stand and get out to her bedroom.
They let John know the situation, and he got there as quickly as possible. They called the doctor, and the doctor went into the room, but told John, Dean and Cas to wait outside. The wait was silent. It was almost deafening, but then again, Dean was kind of glad that John wasn't trying to bash them, especially after they'd just been married.
Around 35 minutes passed before the doctor came out of the room, and walked over to John.
"Congratulations your majesty, it's a boy."
John smiled and was about to thank the doctor, before the doctor spoke again.
"And a boy." He smiled.
