chapter five, my shifting method

i use the intentions method, which is the easiest in my opinion, but we all have different minds, meaning different ways to shift.

so, the intentions method: lay in a comfortable position, and as you are about to fall asleep say the words 'i intend to wake up in my dr.' in your head. allow your outfits, you see word, pretty much anything you would like to remember for your dr, allow that to go through your head as you fall asleep.

you may show symptoms of shifting, but don't stop until those symptoms go away and you feel normal. open your eyes, and you should be in your desired reality bed room.
