The Goddesses Hero (Jiro X Male Reader)

One Step Forward

Y/N POV.
I stood at the gate for the entrance exam. It was just after the lecture where some robocop wanna be and a green haired kid had an argument. Well ik that green-haired guy that's Midoriya god it's been a while you thought as you had a flashback

-flashback-

I watched as Midoriya and Bakugou were fighting well I say fighting Bakugou was picking on him and some other kid. As he want to blast him something came over me and I charged towards them having also not discovered my quick yet and as I did the world stop and I can see loads of items. I quickly pick the lightest shield and the world starts to move again as I slide in front of Midoriya blocking the blast

-flashback over-

I smiled as I remember his words that day "wow you'll be a great hero one day!" but if I remember correctly he was quirkless... Well, he was when I moved away 4 years ago maybe he got his quirk late, or just maybe he's crazy enough to try out without one I sighed.

3rd pov.

Looking around you took note of the competition in your test area you see a guy with black hair trying to get pumped. You also take note of a girl with purple hair and earphone Jack's coming out of her ears? She looks cute. Composing yourself you take stock of your items drawing your sword and shield (your sword is currently the goddess sword)

When Boom Boom Pow guy shouted "begin" without thinking you took off before anyone else could react
But turning left almost instantly no point running straight everyone will do that and it will become a fight for points you thought as you were cutting your way through one, two and 3 pointers with easy 21 points you thought not bad when you took a step back to catch your breath you felt something metallic and before you know it a Robotic fist coming hammering down. You were about to block with ur shield when a fist came through it destroying it

"turned up on time cheers bro," you say

He smiled at you saying "it's an okay man happy to help"

When suddenly you are surrounded by robots you both went back to back there were 5 robots on either side of you

Grinning you say "how high do you think you could boost me?"

"very way?" he said confused?

"Just do it!" You shout

Take 2 steps to get a run-up as he boosts you high and as you went up you switch to your bow slowing down time hitting 5 robots with bomb arrows getting ready to kill and you shoot the other 5 with normal arrows so they wouldn't be killed but damaged as you land you roll to make the fall hurt less still leaving you with a few cuts

"wow that was amazing!" he said
You turn to hold you neck

"go finish them off I made sure to damage them not kill them so u got some points I couldn't have done that without you" as he made quick work of them  he said "my name is Eijiro Kirishima"

"Y/N L/N but please stick with Y/N"

"Nice well thanks for the help wanna keep working together we make a good team"

"huh yeah we do," you said smiling

As you were running back to the main centre after clearing most of the outskirt robots and when you got there the ground rumbled and you saw a giant robot everyone started to run but you

"Y/N what are you doing run!"

So you did... Towards the danger

"I see someone! We must protect them it's what a hero does!" so you ran towards them you slid parrying the robot's hand that was crashing towards you and more importantly the girl sending it back up and protecting you both

You look down and see the cute purple-haired girl you helper her up and carry her over your shoulder when the weight shifts and you look to see Kirishima. You didn't speak just smiled as you moved her away as the robot kept. you lay her down she looked tired

"Think you boost me higher?" you say looking to Kirishima

"sure with more of a run-up just be careful on the way down"

So you jogged back and then ran full sprint jumping as he activated his quirk boosting you higher as you got to the peak of the jump you pulled your bow and hammed bomb arrows into its eyes and on the way down you shot out the screws in its legs causing it to fall back due to the explosions it just took to the face (not destroying, however) not having much time to celebrate as you put your arms over your face expecting the ground that never came as you moved your arms you see the purple-haired girl using her quirk to keep you afloat with sound waves before the sound waves give out and you roll to lessen anymore damage you would have taken from a meter and you laided there breathing heavily

"Dam Y/N badass" Kirshamia said proudly standing over you

"you wanna get ice cream? We've just done all that you know let's have tomorrow off school as well. Let's just take day y'know?" you say slightly out of it

Kirishima helps you to your feet smiling saying "sure ice cream sounds nice. And about taking a day it's Saturday tomorrow"

"oh right is purple alright" you look frantically only to see a small old lady kiss her

"yes yes she's fine are you?" she says

You smile and nod to say your fine and she lets you leave when you say
"wait can we check on her I'd feel bad leaving her like that. You blush slightly

"No she'll be fine now off with you," said the lady you now recognise as recovery girl (because you read her name tag) as Kirishima puts his arm around you talking about the Crimson Riot and joked saying he should dye his hair red and have the hero name Red Riot a joke you'll soon learn he took seriously
