Two years later, Naruto and I were ten years old. The Hokage found out that we'd been living with Teuchi and the council raised hell until we were forced to leave his house... I never thought Ayame would stop crying...
Now we had our own apartment and the hokage signed us up for the ninja Acadamy. I narrowed my eyes at the villagers from the window of our room.
"Arashi?" I turned to see Naruto looking at me concerned. "Please. I know they're mean to us...but I don't want you to hurt them."
I scoffed. "These pathetic...humans, don't deserve your kindness..." I spat out the word humans like it was it left a bad taste in my mouth.
"Last time I checked you were human too, Arashi." He said chuckling.
My eyes widened. That thought felt foreign in my mind, like it wasn't my own. "Uh...yeah...let's go or we'll be late to the Acadamy."
I grabbed his arm and began walking quickly to the Acadamy. Some of the villagers glared our way so I glared right back, my irises turning red like they sometimes do when I'm mad. That caused some of them to piss off so I was content to go to the Acadamy now.
It took us ten minutes to get there.
