"Hey! So, where do you want to study?"
Was said from the voice of Kazuichi Souda, the ultimate mechanic. The slightly smaller male had asked Kiyotaka Ishimaru, the ultimate moral compass, to help him with his studies. To which Taka gladly accepted. Now they were in the middle of the hallway, trying to figure out where to go.
"There's a library near by, maybe we can go there?", Taka asked.
Neither wanted to go to their houses. But they didn't say it to one another.
"Well anywhere but my home would be nice", Kazuichi said.
"Alright, the library is right next to my neighborhood anyways", Taka said.
The library was Taka's comfort space for when he needed to be out of the house. For reasons he would never enclose unless he was ready to tell others. Which he was not.
"Let's go to the library then", Kazuichi said.
"I'll see you then", Taka said before grabbing his things before getting on his way home.
Taka wasn't ready to go home, and neither was Kazuichi. As Taka walked home he could already sense one of his family members had a bad day.
Kazuichi had walked home and went to his room, avoiding his dad, who was not in the sober mindset. Kazuichi dreaded when he had to go home, he never liked his dad's rude behavior towards him. Kazuichi had done most of his homework the best he could but didn't answer the questions that confused him. Fortunately he was incredibly smart in math so math wasn't a problem for him.
When Taka opened the door, he couldn't help but flinch at the loud sounds from inside his home.
"My baby boy! How's my straight A student!", his mother cooed as she took him in a bone crushing hug.
Taka's issues with certain touches acted up which made him freak out a lot.
"Stop overreacting over a simple hug!", his mother scolded Taka.
Taka sighed again. When he placed his bag down he took out the stuff he needed. Yes he worked hard and got all A's but it didn't stop him from struggling in math. For the other subjects he could study what's needed and remembers them easily. With math, it can get really hard for him to stay organized when there's letters added on to math. So for him it takes multiple days to even get an A for math. And if he gets a B or below his mother yells at him. His mother wants him to be something like a doctor. It's not what he wants. He likes to teach others, he likes to practice Kendo. He didn't want to be a doctor. When Taka checked the time again, it was time to meet up with Kazuichi. So Taka went out the door and left to find Kazuichi.
"What are you doing alone my Angel of morals?", Taka heard a certain voice asked.
"Oh hey Gundham", Taka said.
"Where are you heading?", Gundham asked.
"Trying to find Kazuichi", Taka explained.
"Allow me to accompany you on your journey", Gundham said, not willing to let Taka walk alone.
"Thank you Gundham", Taka said, walking closer to the taller male.
"Why do you call me your Angel of morals?", Taka asked him.
Gundham began to blush.
"I- I give everyone I consider close fo me nicknames", Gundham said with a big blush.
"You consider me as a friend?", Taka asked shocked.
Gundham blushed more. As the two boys continued to walk they found Kazuichi.
"Hey Taka! Oh. Hey Gundham", Kazuichi muttered.
"You don't mind if he joins yeah?", Taka asked the smaller male.
Taka had a natural puppy face when he asked questions like this. It's not like he could control that. Kazuichi blushed at Taka's expression. He sighed.
"Fine, he can join", Kazuichi mumbled.
They soon sat down in the library. They discussed their strong suits. They were now talking about math. The two older men were easily answering the math questions. But Taka was showing difficulty. Kazuichi noticed Taka struggling.
"You need help?", Kazuichi asked.
Taka fell silent. The two men took it as a yes. So they helped Taka where it was needed. Taka smiled at the two. When it was time to head home, Taka hugged the two.
Soon they all went there separate ways.
