The Mistake In Science Class {Drarry}

It was Monday, only my second week back in hogwarts and I was late for potions class which was new since I'm usually early.

I pushed open the door to the potions classroom Blaise and Theo by my side since I was normally the one to wake them up not the other way around. "Boys take your seats" Snape said.

Blaise and Theo got a desk at the back since there were only to free leaving me in the middle of the classroom at a desk on my own since somebody was missing but I wasn't sure who until I heard the doors being opened one again and in walked Potter. "Mr Potter take your seat and five points from Griffindor" Snape said coldly.

I saw him scan the room looking for a seat before his eyes landed on me and he reluctantly making his way towards me.

Snape explained the potion to us and I grabbed all the ingredients. It was a simple potion but a small slip up could be dangerous because certain ingredients made the potions effects change completely.

I started adding the ingredients carefully, having Potter cut somethings for me here and there until we reached the dragons breath. I said that is 3 drops but Harry said 1 drop and 2 leeches. I won't admit it but it was 1 drop and the leeches.

After some arguing I started adding the potions breath but at the same time Potter added in the leeches once the ingredients disappeared into the cauldron we looked at eachother and almost started yelling but we were cut off by a loud pop noise followed by a puff of smoke and then everything, for me at least, went dark.
