Love Notes (A Freddy x Bonnie Story)

Chapter 3

"Freddy?" Mike clarified and sat up in his chair.

"Yeah..." Bonnie turned away shyly.

"So that's what all this is about?" Mike let a small grin cross his face. "Sheesh, Bonnie, why didn't you just say so?"

"I-I'm shy, okay?" A small blush crossed Bonnie's face.

Mike chuckled. "Believe it or not, I'm actually the same."

"Really?" Bonnie sat down on the desk. "You didn't come across that way."

"I don't come across that way to a lot of people." Mike sighed and flopped back down in the chair. "That's why people call me an attention whore whenever I refuse to do something out of pure shyness."

"That's bad." Bonnie commented.

"It is." Mike agreed.

The two were silent for a while.

"So, about that crush on Freddy-" Mike began.

"Shh!" Bonnie cut him off. "What if he's listening?!"

"He's not!" Mike checked both doors to justify his statement. "See?"

"I guess you're right." Bonnie felt slightly embarrassed again. "Go on."

"As I was saying, it's not healthy to keep your feelings locked up inside you like that." Mike continued. "Either you have to tell him or we'll have to find some other way."

"Another way, please." Bonnie whimpered. "I don't want to tell him till I'm sure he feels the same."

"Alright," Mike smiled and pulled out a bag.

"See this?" He pulled out a small black notebook. Bonnie nodded. "Take it. What you do is this: Whenever you start feeling for someone, you write about it in here. You have to hide the notebook from anyone, so keep it in a safe place like under your pillow or something. Oh, wait..." Mike looked up from the notebook and at Bonnie. "Do you guys have rooms?"

"We do." Bonnie replied. "Management installed them for after our breaks and at nighttime."

"I see." Mike replied. "Then that adds on to places you can hide this." Mike handed Bonnie the notebook and a pencil.

"Thanks, Mike!" Bonnie hugged the night guard, who hugged back.

"Good luck with Freddy!" Mike smiled.

"Thanks. Maybe I'll be back tomorrow night!" And with that, Bonnie left Mike for his other friends to meet him.

Now to get back and write about Freddy. Bonnie contemplated to himself.
