A Percabeth Cinderella Story

The next day when I went to school, Percy wasn't there. Since he was so popular, rumors were flying around the school.

"I heard he just found out he was the prince of a small French speaking country, and had to move"

"Well I heard he was kidnapped by that Annabeth girl he has been hanging out with."

"Wait, I thought he was tragically injured by a car from saving a puppy across the street.

"No, I heard his parents are spy's and he was kidnapped by Terrorists "

Some girls are so stupid sometimes. I text him before class starts.

"Hey where are you, don't tell me you got kidnapped my Terrorist "

I put my phone away as the teacher starts the lecture. My teacher is so boring, projecting notes in the board and telling students to copy them is not teaching. I get a text halfway though class.

"No I'm not kidnapped, I'll explain it all later. Meet me behind the school during your lunch period? I love you"

Oh my gosh he said he loved me. I may as well meet him behind the school.

All day I can't wait untill lunch. What does he want to tell me? I write my crummy conclusion to my essay on propaganda in Animal Farm.

The hour finally arrives and I meet Percy behind the school. He instantly pulls me into a kiss and when we break apart he says "run away with me?" "Why?" I reply "because it's family problems and I just need to get away, there's this place called Camp Half-Blood, it's for demigods like me and you. You could become an architect"

"Percy I...I...would love to" I reply with a smile. "I would love to get away from Helen."

He picks me up and spins me around "yes!" He exclaims followed with another kiss. He then takes a box out of his pocket. "This is a promise ring" he says "To promise we will never leave each other" he slips it on my finger. Then the bell ending lunch rings.

The whole day I'm floating. I could finally get away from Helen. She wouldn't miss me, she would only miss her precious little maid. I get home from school and get a text from Percy "meet me at midnight in the park, the we'll leave."

I shove some clothes some books and my mothers owl earrings into my bag. I then sneak over to Bobby and Matt's room. They are asleep. I leave my old story book that I used to read to them in top of their toy box, and kiss them both in the forehead. Matt wakes up. "Annabeth, where are you going?" "I'm leaving, don't worry I'll be back soon, and don't tell your mom I love you" then Robert wakes up "I love you too, promise to write?" "I promise Rob" I said then I went downstairs and sneak out the back door.
