The next day's events began after Juliette grabbed an expense-free bagel with cream cheese and coffee from the cafe. She was ushered back to the same stairs and bleachers as yesterday.

"Welcome to day two!" Sid exclaimed to the crowd. "I am Sid, eight-year Googler, and you are new Googlers, that makes you Nooglers."

Laughs erupted from the interns.

"Okay, now, this place is all about community and collaboration, so you'll be working in teams from here on out - alright." Sid began to explain before the microphone was rudely snatched from his grasp by Chetty.

"You have five minutes to pick teams." And thus the chaos started. Butterflies erupted in Juliette's stomach, because picking teams was vital. If you weren't on a good team, you probably wouldn't get a job at Google. Her head turned around every which way in search of people. An extravagant British accent interrupted her search.

"Let's see." The guy said, picking up your name tag and reading it. His eyes brightened. "Stanford. And a pretty face to look at. I'm picking you based on college and physical appearance. You're coming with me."

Offended, Juliette ripped her arm from his grasp. "I don't want to be on a team with someone who acts like that." She hissed.

"Fine, be that way. I'm going to win, I always win. Have fun being unemployed, doll-face."

Juliette huffed, but continued to walk around. She bumped into the same tan girl that was sat next to her yesterday.

"Hi, uh, still looking for a team?" Juliette asked awkwardly. The girl nodded rapidly.

"Yes! Yeah! I'm Neha." She smiled, outstretching her hand.

"Juliette. Nice to meet you." She replied, shaking Neha's hand. Neha turned.

"Anyone else wanna be on a team with us? I'm-We're super fun. Really smart, but also super fun. This one's at Stanford!" Neha exclaimed making Juliette blush. But it was no use - mostly everyone had developed teams by this point.

Plopping down on the wooden row, Neha and Juliette looked around at all the groups. They overheard someone shouting about teams of outliers and Malcolm the dog and assembling a team meeting.

"Well hey, we can be a two-person group?" Juliette suggested, making Neha laugh.

"That won't be necessary, ladies." The same voice interrupted from behind them. "Lyle, team manager. You guys are coming with me." He said in a cheery voice. "You two are now a part of the Lyle squad. What-whaat?"

Juliette didn't show it, but she was quite nervous. She wanted this job more than anything in the world. Being on a successful team was crucial. She prayed that this outlier-assembled team wouldn't be as bad as she was expecting. The cheery man led them both to a room where some familiar faces were already seated - the guy with the glasses from the seminar and the two old and annoying men. Also seated was a shy looking Filipino boy.

"Alright! Let's get some meet and greet going up in this heezy. I'm Lyle, and it's pretty much WYSIWYG; what you see is what you get. Been here at the Googs for four years, working on seven projis un esta momento."

"Wow, seven projects.." The older blonde man said as if it were an amazing achievement.

"Hey - they ask and I do's it. What can I say? I'm a people pleaser. Especially with the ladies, my Mercedes. It's all good in Lyle's hood, ya heard?" He said, laughing at his own weirdness.

"Uh, yeah, is Lyle always gonna be referring to himself in the third person? Because if he is, I might wanna punch Lyle in the face." The guy spoke up that was with Juliette at the seminar. She held back a snort.
