Chapter 42

Jade and Justin date

Its 6:15 pm in the evening Lily is at the sitting room waiting for her daughter Jade, in few moments while lily is waiting Jade arrives home with her driver while looking so depressed after what Judith has said to her and when the driver parks off the car he then speaks to Jade,

"Jade we have arrived home already"

Jade looks at the driver and replies to him, "Aah!"

"Madam we are already home"

Jade looks on her left side of the car window and replies to the driver,

"Okay thanks"

The driver decides to ask Jade a question out of curiosity after seeing Jade quite depressed, "Are You okay Madam?"

Jade replies to the driver, "I'm fine don't worry"

After Jade is done talking to the driver she then drops off from her car and goes directly to the house and when Jade arrives at the sitting room she sees her mother at the sitting room waiting for her to arrive home from school but during the time Jade is walking at the sitting room depressed her mother notices Jade is so depressed by seeing on her look, Lily then decides to ask her daughter questions out of curiosity in order to know what is going on with her daughter,

"Jade are you alright?"

Jade replies to Lily while faking her smile, "Yeah I'm fine mom"

"But you don't look fine what happened to you sweetheart?"

"Mom it's just today I'm not really feeling well that's all"

Lily replies, "Okay, your daddy was looking for you everywhere"

Jade asks, "Where is he mom?"

"He is at his office by now I think you should go now and talk to him maybe there is something that he wants to talk with you"

Jade replies to Lily, "Okay mom"

Jade leaves the sitting room and then goes to her father office in order to talk to him and when Jade Arrives at her Father office she then knocks his door and enters inside his office, After Jade is inside the office Leonard then speaks with her daughter,

"I have been looking for you everywhere where have you been all day my princess?"

Jade replies, "I was stack in traffic daddy"

"Okay, Darling there is something that I want to inform you"

"Okay daddy, tell me what is it that you wanted to inform me?"

"Henry is going to arrive here soon and I would like you to take him out and show him around the city tonight"

Jade startles after hearing about Henry's Arrival because she had an appointment to meet up with Justin on their date, Jade then replies to her father with so much confusion on her face,

"Why did you tell him to come daddy? Today I have an appointment to go somewhere else"

Leonard replies to Jade, "But I didn't know about that darling where are you going tonight?"

Jade looks at her father while hesitating to tell him the truth about his appointment with Justin and then she decides to lie to her father in order to avoid any surprise later,

"Daddy today I promised my friends to go out with them at the party so it will be difficult for me to go with Henry together"

Leonard replies to Jade, "I don't think there is a problem there you can also take Henry with you"

Jade replies, "No! Daddy that will be embarrassing for Henry how am I going to stay with Henry at the party with my girlfriends around him"

Leonard replies to Jade, "I don't know just figure it out because I will not tell Henry to return back home because his father will not feel well about this"

Jade looks at her father as she runs out of the answers while not knowing what to say in order to convince her father, Jade then decides to agree with her father in order to avoid more suspicions,

"Okay daddy I will go with Henry at the party"

Leonard replies to Jade, "Good, I think now you should go to your room and starting preparing yourself before Henry arrives here and finds you with your school uniform"

Jade replies, "Okay daddy"

Jade then leaves her father's office and then goes back in her room in order to change her clothes, after jade arrives inside her room she then takes her phone and text Justin on her phone in order to inform him their date,

"I'm so sorry Justin but I don't think I will make it today, there something that came up here at home and I think maybe we should make our date another day"

Jade sends her text to Justin and in few minutes while she is waiting for Justin's reply, Jade then receives Justin text on her phone that says,

"Its okay Jade just continue with everything you are doing we will go to the another time"

After Jade is done reading the text she then throws her phone on her bedroom and starts talking to her inner thoughts,

"Don't mind what Judith was saying a while ago, she was just Jealousy of you at that time"

Jade then goes to her bathroom and takes the shower in order to prepare herself to go out with Henry

Henry arrival

Leonard and lily are at the sitting room waiting for Henry to arrive but in few minutes while they are waiting for Him, Henry arrives at the sitting and then greets Lilly and Leonard,

"Good evening Mr. Leonard"

Leonard replies to Henry, "Good evening Henry how are you doing?"

"I'm doing great Mr. Leonard"

Leonard replies, "That is great to hear"

Henry then asks Leonard a question, "Mr. Leonard where is Jade?"

"She is in her room preparing herself Henry"

Henry replies, "Okay"

In few minutes while Henry is waiting for jade to come to the sitting room, Jade then arrives at the sitting room and then says goodbye to her father after she is done preparing herself,

"Now I have to go Daddy I will see you later"

Leonard replies, "Okay sweetheart take care"

Jade replies to her father, "Okay, Henry lets go", Henry stands up and then leaves with Jade heading to the party
