⚠️The Sadness of Fear⚠️

Can you hear fear?
Whispering deadly thoughts in my ear,
leave me alone!
And let happiness create the tone,
although that's impossible,
just a little less anxiety is plausible.
Stop tormenting me please!
My mind is not for lease,
don't drag me down this road of despair,
don't drag me down to your lair

You're driving me crazy,
my vision goes hazy.
I hate you!
And you hate me too,
so get out!
Stop making me shout!

Distractions, I need a distraction,
something to ease my mind just a fraction,
wait, what's this?
This is a feeling I couldn't possibly miss,
a dreadful feeling washes over me,
depression, don't you see?
All I feel is mental drain,
slowly turning into physical pain.
Will I ever wake up?
Will I ever drink from happiness' cup?
