Danae's POV

"You hungry" Jermaine asks

"Kinda"

"Well hunger no more cause chef Jermaine is gonna cook you something you'll never forget"

"you can cook?"

"Of course" he says grining

"In that case, go ahead"

Jermaine kisses my forehead before leaving me in the livingroom. Since i was bored i pulled out my phone and had three text messages

3 NEW TEXT MESSAGES

Naomi, Khay, and Mom

Mom: hey, your father and i have to go to canada for an interview, be back in two days, stay at a friends, have fun

Naomi: I'm staying at Mrs. Lorrianns with Jamar, text me later

Khay: Will you please tell shad that i am not having no more of his big headed children

I laughed at Khay's text before
standing up and stretching. The doorbell rang and i scrunched up my face. Was i supposed to answer that?

"Answer that please" Jermaine yelled answering my mental question. I shrugged my shoulders before answer the door. I came face to face with 2 girls. One who was really pretty and the other one who was pretty but giving me a stank look.

"Can i help you?" I ask showing the side of me that has manners

"Yeah, does Jermaine Jackson live here?" The pretty one asks

"Yes, he does"

"Oh My Gosh, are you his girlfriend" the same one squeals

"No im not, I'm actually just a friend"

"good" the one who gave me a stank look mumbles

"Why dont you come in?" i invite

I let them walk pass and they immediatly take a seat on the leather couch.

"Oh my gosh were so rude, im Sam and this one is Taylah"

"Well im danae and i'll just call Jermaine"

"Yeah you do that" Taylah sneered

"Jermaine, you have guest"

Jermaine came out the kitchen with the apron wrapped around his waist and when he saw Sam and Taylah he ran and gave them hugs. I coughed to
get his attention and he blushed a bit before pulling away.

"Danae this is my sister sam, and my best friend Taylah" He explains

"oh come on, we were more than best friends, we were dating for like 5 years" Taylah says glaring me down while keeping the happy and prepy voice

"anyways what brings you guys" He asks clearing his throat awkwardly

"well Taylah lost her job because he boss fired her for sexual assualt, which she didnt do"

Im so sure

"and she lost her apartment a few days ago, so i was wondering if she could possibly stay here for a little while" Sam begs

"Sure, thats what best friends do, right?" Jermaine grins

"Thank you so much, i'll be back i have to go back home and grab her stuff but thanks again" Sam says running out the house
