Chappy 6- decisions

Tw⚠️: angst and possible suicidal thoughts(idk I haven't decided yet) and swearing? this applies for the whole fic but I'll put this at the start of each chapter.

Rin pov:

Later that night, a few hours after we had all finished dinner, I went to the study to talk to father about what shura had said to me that afternoon.

I gently knocked on the door and, after hearing a soft "come in" from the other side, entered the room. "Good evening father" I greeted. "Good evening Rin, now why here so late, what troubles you my son" he gestured to the sofa on the other side of the room and I graciously complied, sitting down as he did the same next to me. "You know the call big bro mephy got earlier at dinner?" I asked "yeah? Is this about that?" He replied. I simply nodded. "Yeah it is, the person, or should I say people, who called were my old friends from cram school, shura and izumo, and they asked both me and mephisto if they could come down to ghennah to drop off kuro, but I know that they really just want to visit and, of course, I said that I'd have to run it by you" I finished. "So Rin, would you like to see them?" "I'm not entirely sure, yeah there my friends but I'm perfectly content as I am without them" father simply sighed. "From the sound of your voice, you clearly miss them" he paused for a moment however quickly continued, " And it'd be nice to meet the two people from your assiah 'Cram school' who were actually nice to my boy, and I've gotta thank kuro for all his hard work keeping you safe" I looked at him expectantly and he yet again sighed, softening his look, "fine Rin, they can come and visit us here in ghennah, but I want to have a chat with them as soon as they get here" "how soon can they come and visit?" "I think tomorrow's free, so how about tomorrow?" "Yesssss!!" "I'll drop a ghennah gate next to them tomorrow morning so pass on the message please" "I will" I stood up excitedly and gave dad a big hug saying a huge thank you before running out of the room, hearing dad chuckle at my antics behind me.

I pegged it to mephistos room and knocked on the door while excitedly bouncing my feet. He answered with a happy expression, opening the door wide, welcoming me into his bright pink and purple room. There were anime posters plastered all over the four walls and a shelves everywhere, covered in manga, comics, dvds and figurines of his favourite series. Anime girl body pillows and kawaii cuddly toys decorated his plush bed.

I bounced into his room and leapt onto his bed, burying myself in the pillows and the giant plushies. "Well little Rin, what's got you so exited" he asked in an amused tone with his usual smirk, quite different from his earlier panicked one when talking to shura. "Well........." I paused to look at him cheekily. "Father said that shura and izumo can come down to ghennah to visit." "When will this happen? Cus I can pick em up from where they get dropped if you want?" "Father said they can visit tomorrow! And thanks, that's be great!"I exclaimed "Good for you lil bro, you get to see you friends again after nearly 4 months, but I wonder why they want to see you so quickly, you've only been gone one assiah day." He mumbled the last part to himself but I still heard it. "Yeah, that's pretty confusing but oh well, it's been a while for me and I get to see kuro again! Yay!" I beamed
"Cool beans, now shoo shoo, I've got a lot of anime to watch and unless you want to watch hetalia with me again I suggest you leave" he said. Panic washed over me as I pegged it out of the room as fast as I could screaming "nooooooooooo not again!!!!" as I ran down the hall.
His booming laughter could be heard down the hallways as I ran as fast as I could away from that maniac.

I made it to my room and lay down on the bed, hugging my plushie, phone In hand as I pressed the call button under shuras contact information and listened to the phone ring.

My room is quite dull compared to my other brothers, with its simple colour pallet of blues and greys. It has Smokey grey walls with navy blue skirting boards, leading down to the dark grey carpet and navy blue rug. My desk and chair are a mid grey with a black laptop and notepad sat on top, lots of drawing equipment and sketchbooks scattered across the surface. The curtains are a pale blue while the bed frame is black with the duvet being a Smokey grey and my pillows being a dark royal blue blue, with a simple chubby pastel blue dragon plushie sat on top.

The phone clicked, signaling that someone had picked up and they answered with a "hello?, shura speaking" "hey shura" she made a surprised noise on the end of the phone and I can only assume that she hadn't checked the caller Id when she answered. "Hey Rin, what's up, you literally hung up on me 3 minutes ago?" "Oh? Did I? It's been about 5 hours down here, but anyway, dad says it's ok for you to come down tomorrow, but I mean tomorrow for us so for you it's gonna be about 20 minutes I guess? Dad says he'll send a ghennah gate to where you are so just go get kamiki and kuro and don't move okay? Good luck, oh and just relax when going through the gate it'll hurt a lot otherwise, and mephisto said he'll collect you from where you drop" "cool kid, I'll pass on the message, c ya" "c ya tomorrow, bye" I then hung up the phone and rolled over to sleep, burying myself in the comfy covers and dozing off, exited for tomorrow.
