Beatrice's POV
"BRODY WHAT THE ACTUAL FUCK IS WRONG WITH YOU"
Both Brody and I whip our heads to across the room where Maisy looks like she's about to explode with rage.
She stomps her way over to Brody and I. I immediately get whiplash as she pushes me to get me out of her way
"Move, bitch" she says while two hands shove me to the floor.
I spill my drink on the way there and look up at both of them.
"Maisy what the fuck! Beatrice are you okay?" Brody says distraught by everything.
"FORGET ABOUT HER BRODY AND ANSWER ME. WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU" Maisy yells unaffected by the blonde girl sprawled on the floor below her.
I finally get up eager to not be in the center of this show as more and more people start to gather around and watch the argument occurring between Brody and Maisy. I spot Evan and Annie near the basement door watching the scene in front of me.
Heading over there I am still able to overhear the conversation Maisy and Brody are having. One because they are yelling and two because the only other noise besides their voices is the music which is unfortunately playing a Lil Jon song. The party fell silent besides the couple and music and the shift in energy was palpable.
Pushing my way through the crowd I finally meet up with Evan and Annie.
"Beatrice what's going on" Evan asks me.
"I have no idea, Maisy just pushed me to the ground" I say still trying to recover.
"SHE PUSHED YOU?" Annie asks, "I'm going to kill that bitch".
Evan and I both grab Annie before she does anything we would all regret.
"Just be quiet, I want to hear what they are saying" I say to Annie.
We all look over to the couple and Maisy finally reveals what's she been mad about.
"Brody", she starts in a calm voice but only grows in anger, "why the fuck would you give my brother weed?"
You could hear several "oh my gods" and "holy shits" along with "Brody did that?" and "respect" from the partygoers.
"Bea, I think we should go" Annie says to me, knowing that this environment was not good to be in.
"But I-" I start.
"She's right, I think we should go before you hear something you don't want to hear" Evan agrees.
Shocked by both their sentiments I have no choice but to join them.
The three of us make our way outside and decide to spend the night at Evan's house. As I'm walking on the street outside Mac's house the only thing in my mind is what type of conversation Brody and Maisy we're having.

Brody's POV
A circle had formed around Maisy and I and I was internally panicking. I had no idea what Maisy was talking about. And frankly I was offended she would think I would do such a thing.
"Maisy" I start to say calmly, "I genuinely have no idea what you're talking about.."
I look into her eyes trying to communicate I'm being truthful.
