Chapter 31

Bakugou had fallen asleep on my shoulder while the dogs were either asleep on my lap or spread across the field. I heard ruffling behind me and turned around. There were 2 buff bean behind me. One of them had a handkerchief in his hands.
"What are you-" he quickly covered my mouth with it and latched onto my throat.
"HELP!" I screamed and started panicking "GET OFF OF ME!" there was more rustling and the big dogs ran over and pounced on the men. They were killed within seconds. The man dropped me and I fell onto the ground.
"Y/n are you Ok?" Bakugou asked. I was frozen in shock "Y/n?" He ran over to me "are you alri-" the handkerchief had a substance on it that I had inhaled. My vision started getting blurry and the world started spinning "Y/N?" Bakugou pulled me onto his lap "YOU'RE FADING, STAY WITH ME" he tapped my face. I passed out in his arms.

Shigaraki's POV

"That was actually fun" Toga skipped.
"Yeah it was" Mina smiled "you guys are so lucky"
"How so?" I asked.
"Especially you" she said "every night you get to-" we looked over and Y/n was on Bakugou's lap. He was shaking her while the dogs were standing over 2 bleeding men with the puppies panicking next to Bakugou. We all ran over.
"What happened?" Rai asked.
"I uh them her sleep I" Bakugou panicked and started breathing heavy.
"Wait wait" I stopped him "take a few deep breaths" he did and visibly calmed down "great now tell us what happened" I said. Tyler checked Y/n's pulse.
"So I was asleep on her shoulder then I felt her get dragged away and I turned around and they were chocking her and had a cloth over her mouth, and she was panicking then the dogs jumped on the guys before I even moved then I ran to Y/n and she started fading and now we're here" he explained. Dabi looked at the cloth.
"Yeah that's definitely drugged" he kicked it away.

"What are we going to do?" Toga panicked.
"She'll eventually wake up by herself but you guys need to start heading home" Kurogiri said "we'll update you  when she does wake up"
"Do we have to?" Sero asked and I nodded. Kurogiri made a portal and we all walked through it back to the house. The third years got their stuff and said their goodbyes before leaving.

I put Y/n on her bed and sat next to her. Everyone left walked in.
"Why did you lie?" I looked at Kurogiri.
"Ok how am I supposed to say that the drug could kill her in her sleep and that there's no cure to a bunch of kids?" He asked.
"WHAT?" Toga yelled. She ran over to Y/n "ma wake up!" She started shaking her. Tears started forming in her eyes as Y/n didn't respond "please wake up!" She fell and I caught her in a hug. She broke down my arms. Everyone was silent. A single tear ran down my face.

~time skip~
Y/n's pov

I gasped awake. Shigaraki was asleep holding onto me. I looked down and he had dried tears down his face.
"Shigaraki?" I shock him.
"S-she's gone" he sniffed.
"Who's gone?" I asked.
"My love- Y/N?" he shot up and looked at me.
"Yeah? What happened?"
"SHE'S AWAKE!" Shigaraki held onto my face "SHE'S AWAKE!" He got out of bed and ran out of the room. I watched him in confusion.

Everyone else ran into the room.
"MA YOU'RE AWAKE!" Toga jumped onto me.
"Yeah are you Ok sweetie?" I hugged her back "what happened?"
"Y-you've been unconscious for the past 3 days" she sniffed "we all thought we lost you"
"Oh no you didn't lose me" I hugged her tightly.
"It was her" Rai said "Marise sent those people for you"
"Wow" I chuckled "this is going to be fun"
"Are you sure you're Ok?" Toga pulled back "can I get you anything?"
"Can I get some water?" I said "I'm so dehydrated"
"ON IT" she ran out of the room.

"Are you actually ok?" Rai asked as she left.
"I can't feel my legs" I stared at her "and my body is weak" they all stared at me for a few seconds.
"I'm calling a doctor" Tyler left the room.
"Here!" Toga ran back in. She handed me a chilled bottle of water.
"Thank you sweetie" I downed the water.
"The doctor will be here in a bit" Tyler walked in. He looked at Toga "we just wanted to make sure she's ok"
"Alright" Toga nodded "I started school ma" she looked at me.
"Oh yeah how was your first day?" I sat up properly.
"It was really fun actually, everyone is really nice and welcoming there" she smiled.
"I'm happy you liked it" I smiled. I glanced over at the clock and it was 4am "ok you go to bed, we'll talk more later"
"Ok"
"Ok Goodnight" I kissed her cheek.
"Goodnight" she went back to her room.
