8) New Info

You had passed out after a while of crying on the ground holding your sword, which was now stuck deep in the dirt. When you woke up, you had a blindfold on. Wherever you were, you would need a new plan.

You just had to escape, then maybe you could go find a nice alley to live in, or an abandoned building to stay at. You definitely couldn't let your father find you.

You were startled out of your thoughts at the sound of a door swinging open. You heard noise in front of you, before the voice of someone you didn't know spoke.

"I am Detective Tanaka, and I have come to ask you a few questions. Please answer them the best you can, for it would be beneficial to you. Did you intend to kill All Might?"

"At first, yes. I'm sure he already told you my confession and life at home, so let me confirm all that for you before you ask."

"Thank you miss Y/n. Now, what is keeping you going through life?"

"Fear of my father... and my best friend."

"And who would that be?"

"Hitoshi Shinsou."

Shinsou POV:

Shinsou couldn't help but gasp at her confession inside the interrogation room. The girl that has his emotions jumbled up, considered him her best friend. It warmed his heart amongst all the pain of the situation she was in. It was about time for his interrogation, using the voice of a recent prisoner and his quirk.

Y/n POV

"How willing would you be with discussing your home life in more detail?"

"Not at all, sorry Mr. Tanaka."

"No problem."

And with that you heard steps leave the room, and slightly quieter steps enter. Then a voice you knew all too well- your father's.

"Y/n, Y/n, Y/n... would you like to tell me about the situation we are in?"

"N-no father-"

You felt yourself lose some control of yourself, like you were just watching a live show of your life, not able to do anything. The voice changed, and you recognized the voice of Hitoshi. Your brain putting the pieces together, you realized they must have canceled your quirk, and this was Shinsou's.

"Y/n, we need to know, do you know whos voice I previously used?"

"Yes- it was my father's."

"Do you know anyone by the name of Crimson Pain?"

"Yes- it was my father's assassin name. My only family left."

"W-Were you forced to assassinate people by your father, or was that something you did for yourself?"

"My father harmed me if I ever refused or did something wrong. I knew the penalty would be harsh if I refused my latest mission, with All Might as the target. I had to take it."

"If you had the chance to escape the hold of your father would you want to live a normal life at UA?"

"100%, yes."

With that you felt yourself be released from his quirk, and you noticed him lift the blindfold off your face. Opening your eyes, you see the handsome violet-haired insomniac. You let out a small smile despite your predicament.

You were handcuffed with the same kind of handcuffs you used on All Might. You were sat in a chair, and you were in a blank room with a very bright light above your head.
