Somehow, tripping 19 times
You laughed and cursed 18 times
17 steps are still waiting for you
You still have 16 minutes left
To express your 15 feelings about life
But stopped walking and count 14 tiles
Shook your head, smiles at the 13 year old memory
Swinging 12 times, left and right, towards a precious being
Looked at the walls with 11 picture frames
Laughing at the 10 year-old crush
Blushing at the 9 year old love memory
8 steps left toward something
Pulled back by the past 7 times
6 chairs in a row
You saw 5 family members sitting with the dog
Too excited for the 5 remaining steps
Can't help but scream 4 times out of happiness
You leaped because 3 is your favorite number
But then steadies when you heard 2 of your favorite songs
Tick tock! Tick tock! Tick tock!
The clock doesn't stop ticking
On the 2 1/2 tick of the clock
You smiled and blushed because you saw the 1.
