This story is based on an annoying girl and her habit of annoying people. Halcyon as a female lead is the perfect definition of crazy and fearless. By fearless I mean that she doesn't know when to fear something and when not.
Arcane as a male lead is a mafia leader. Basically he doesn't give a fuck about this world but after Halcyon, that changed too.
Halcyon annoyed a mafia member and after that she is kidnapped. Those who are thinking Arcane kidnapped her. No. He didn't. One on his friend did.
