Starting a journey as a Holofic writer

So.... You fell deep enough in the rabbit hole to actually begin thinking of writing your own fanfiction.

You might have your own story on how you fell to the rabbit hole. You could be a long time fan or someone who just saw a clip of a cute anime girl doing cute stuff. What matters is that you fell deep enough that you would actually write a fanfic.

Now then. There are many reasons why you would write a fanfic. From "I wanna write a story about my favorite character" to "I wanna be popular" to "There are no good fanfics so I'll do it myself", countless reasons could make you go to your computer and start writing out a story. What matters is that you would decide to write a fanfic.

Now then... You might ask, "Why are you the guy who should teach me? Are you even qualified?"

The answer to that is "No. I'm not qualified. I'm not even the best author and I might teach you incorrectly."

However, I'll also say "I learned many things in my journey as "Cenonn" and my previous pen name which I don't wanna bring up. That's why I want to share them with you and hope the quality of Holofics will go up."

Now then, always take what I say with a grain of salt. Like I said, I'm not the best author and my preferences may be a bit weird.
