The Stage Spotlight Pt. 3

Ruv was crying at the hospital, as Whitty was trying to calm him. Tabi felt nothing. Nothing at all, he felt no emotions.

Sarvente was nowhere in sight, but she was responsible.

"Ruvyzvat?"

Ruv looked up, still crying.

"Your son is okay." The doctor sighed as Ruv exhaled in relief.

"You may visit him if you want to, but he's still knocked out. Your other sons can also come in, sir." Ruv got up and the doctor directed him to the room.

Whitty followed Ruv, but Tabi just sat there, thinking about something.

Ruv walked into the room and saw Agoti, still knocked out. Whitty just exhaled, but Tabi was still sitting in the waiting room, having no emotions.

"He's alive."

Ruv walked over and grabbed his son's hand. He squeezed it gently.

The demon's eyes opened slightly.

"hey, buddy. how are you?" Ruv smiled, even though it hurts.

"i'm fine.." Agoti turned over on his hospital bed. Whitty was just staring at his younger brother. Agoti closed his eyes again.

"Doc, when can he come out of the hospital?" Ruv asked.

"He can come out of the hospital now, but he has minor hearing loss. He may experience nightmares or visions." The doctor started checking off something on her clipboard.

"Alright, thanks.."

"We can escort him out right now."

"I would love that."

"Alright, sir. We will escort your son out now." The doctor helped up Agoti and directed him to Ruv.

"Hey, bud. How are you?"

"i'm good.."

"C'mon, let's go.." Ruv held Agoti's hand as he walked out of the door.

"what did you say..?" Agoti exhaled as he gripped onto Ruv's hand more tighter, having a mild headache.

"Oh, it's nothing.."

Tabi looked up on Agoti.

"So? What happened?" Tabi asked.

"He can come out of the hospital, but he has hearing loss. The doctor told me that he may experience nightmares or visions." Ruv put Agoti down as he decided to make a phone call.

"Give me a second.. Whitty go sit down, please."

Ruv was talking and walking around while making the phone call. It felt like HOURS to the three kids.

After a few minutes, Ruv was still talking on the phone.

The kids slouched in their chair.

After 1 more minute, Ruv ended the call and grabbed Agoti.

"C'mon, let's go."

"DUDE, THAT FELT LIKE 10 HOURS! WHAT WERE YOU EVEN TALKING ABOUT?!" Whitty shouted. It startled some of the workers nearby.

"Oh, nothing important. Let's go back to the car now."

Tabi put his phone in his pocket as they walked down the stairs. Ruv helped Agoti walk down the stairs as Tabi just speedran through it.

Whitty took his god damn sweet time to walk down the stairs which angered Ruv a little bit.

"Let's go home now."
